I ordered 2 on March 16th and paid but never received a confirmation email. I could see on their website that payment had gone through so I contacted them and they said everything was fine. I received the 2 units today. Unfortunately the PSU from Amazon hasn't shipped yet

I purchased two from them, paid in BTC, and now the order states it's expired. I've emailed twice and haven't heard nothing back.
I also purchased 2, around the same time, and was freaking out cause blockchain.info was showing unconfirmed.. I emailed them about it.. showed them the transaction.. they've manually changed my order from Expired to Paid and Valid, and its now just waiting to ship.. Hopefully it'll ship out soon..

the wallets were down for 2 days. they must have a real mess on their hands. 100x just you.when you paid the block chain was working . but blockchaininfo wallets were dead. so every order placed went through the block chain. but with the wallet dead for them and many others they auto cancelled your order. be patient I figure 2 or 3 days for the fix.

You can always order from Ninjatech.org, 112bit.com, or Minersource.net if you don't want to wait for Bitmain's site.

this and the cause of it all was the St Patrick's Day (and beyond) crash of blockchain.info/wallets BTW it has also caused a drop in bitcoin price to just under 590 usd a coin.
