Selling the same miner - Antminer S9 (Power Supply included) at $4500. Brand new.
Miners at GigaWatt, ready to ship now (free shipping) or deployment at GigaWatt beginning March.

(GigaWatt offers low electricity price 2.8¢ per kW/h. Or including maintenance ¢9.75 kW/h, or less, if more miners hosted)
Selling directly through GigaWatt / sales department (I bought some time ago from them, and now want to sell).

If interested - PM.

I have BRAND NEW S9 Miners on closeout that are already attached to the Brooklyn Bridge, to save on those pesky cooling costs as the units run warm in a closed room.

Just pay me up front, I will send you a pic of them up and running.

Come on guys..

LOL.
I'm new here. I stuck around to see how long it'd take for a "funnyman" to show up... Thank You "mineintx".

Why didn't anybody else realize this was a blatant scam when "Sherlock_er" revealed he's from India? You know, he also has $100,000,000 sitting in his dead grandfather's royal bank account? If you send him $10k to cover the cost of India's death tax the bank will release his funds. In return for your financial assistance and blind trust he will send you a BRAND NEW S9 + $10,000,000 (shipping not included).

you have never got paid out on those deals???!! i was sure they were legit  Grin

Shipping is not that expensive that it would really be needed to collect outside the escrow deal,
unless the seller is poor.

But how can a poor seller have their hands on a S9?  Huh

He was trying to broker a deal, I think, so he didn't have it.  Situation is a little sad when you think of it outside the context of this forum.

Yes +1 your post.

If he is not a scammer, he knows someone that he can get them from and wants to resell on the forum for a profit. I personally would only do a deal with someone that has one in hand because then you have to deal with him getting the miner and then shipping it. It's like getting middled on a "street deal" there is too much risk for money to disappear.

If you are in the us it should cost less than $20 in country...

He's from India I believe, so most shippings would be international I guess.

As Haggs said the total amount including shipping should be escrowed.

That was the latest scam a few months back to get the shipping fees and run.

So using the people he suggested for the full amount is the safest way for both parties involved.

See, now that I did not know. I'm new here. I am just stuck in the middle. I can't get buyers to pay for shipping & I can't get suppliers to ship without upfront payment. On top of all that, I'm broke so can't afford the shipping myself. This was a mistake.

Thread is closed.

Op.....we have seen this time and time again, people scam on here for $5...yeah 5 bucks.  As a brand new account you want someone to just send a user name an irreversible payment.  Hmm you can see why the skepticism here.  Just use escrow for the full thing and you will probably have an instant sale, if you refuse you will get lumped in with the scammers.  Like it or not that's the deal, otherwise go to ebay

The whole payment should be done through a escrow.

So the payment is including the miner and the shipping cost.

can't do whole escrow as I need the money right now to setup shipping. Not later. If I don't ship, you won't get your equipment. It is your equipment, at least pay for shipping. Am not going to reply anymore on this thread. Serious buyers can contact me. Those who want to pay the shipping fees. If you want to negotiate that too, let me know. I'll make a whatsapp group with you, me & Mr. Suraj Bagchi from the FedEx office.

If you can't afford shipping costs on your own, you are not a serious businessman. Go away until you agree on this forum terms, which are: always escrow if seller is a newbie, unless you meet up in person.

Escrow service is a must, when buying from a newly registered forum member.

These guys for example are great guys for the escrow: OgNasty and philipma1957

how does this work? Buyer sends payment to ognasty & ognasty to me?

Yes.

More info is available at his escrow thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/legendary-bitcoin-escrow-service-more-than-19k-btc-transferred-alts-too-303281

I've used his service in multiple occasions, always been a smooth trade.

Hey thanks. This seems doable. Great.

Don't be dissapointed if you wil have to wait a really long time.

I know man. But as I want people to believe, I have to believe as well that there is someone out there who needs an antminer s9 and is ready to take that leap of faith. I'm new here, but do people really think someone will send out merchandise worth thousands of dollars just like that? I'm a merchant asking for the price of my goods. If someone wants, someone wants. If not, then not.

Leap of faith for a scammer. Please....  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

sure. Name calling. That helps. Nobody here has paid me yet. Who was scammed? Anyways. Thanks all for your indefinite trust in me. But I have a feeling, I'll find my first client on this site only.

Yes, reputable escrow is accepted.

On reply you gave me, you said 10% PayPal upfront, nothing about escrow? Sorry but I can't give you 10% PayPal upfront without any proof of ownership.

Paypal payments are reversible.

I want to safe myself some trouble and stress, I am not going this route. I don't want to have money locked in PayPal for weeeks.

Love when new people come on here and start getting uppity about the fact that nobody wants to buy from "sellers" that literally provide ZERO proof of ownership or intent to ship. Most legit companies have no problem providing pictures, videos, whatever it is the customer wants...to give peace of mind. Ironically, almost NO scammers are willing to do those things. Seems like a pattern worth noting. So to the OP...maybe stop being so negative about other people's skepticism and accept the fact that enough people have been scammed with this, that you might have to put in an extra 30 seconds of work with pictures, etc to give people a warm and fuzzy about doing business with you.

It's ridiculous how people even make money these days, when they act like they don't even understand the basics of running a business or building customer/client trust/respect.

I am not going to overlook your healthy skepticism but I'm an Indian retail seller reselling from Indian wholesalers. Not my fault if they want to sell for a lower price. I'm in it just to earn a couple of extra hundred bucks like all associated with the btc industry. Why don't you buy one first before crying wolf at everything?

You are overlooking my healthy skepticism. I don't care if you want to make a few hundred dollars, more power to you. What I do care about is whether or not these are a legit product. So to assist the community I have put out some very straightforward requests.

Don't be surprised if anyone thinking of doing business with you asks the same.

And No I will not send you money hoping that you send me a miner... that defeats the purpose of my healthy skepticism.

Yeah. I understand. There's a place for believers on the internet after all.

Not going to lie, this just screams phishing scam to me.

Now to prove you are in some way a legit seller, you will need to take a photo of the hardware, with your Bitcointalk username and the date written on a piece of paper.

Maybe give some details as to how many units you have.
