I've received a few questions about my escrow service lately so I thought I would respond here.
Yes, I am still doing escrow.
Yes, the OP fees are still accurate.
There are probably cheaper options for escrow services out there, so if you have a smaller trade I would advise you to look elsewhere. However, if you have an important trade to make involving a lot of funds and you want to make sure it is done correctly, there is no escrow out there that has handled more BTC than myself in escrow deals for users of this forum.

Please make sure to be safe, even when using escrow. There is a very common scam going around where users contact escrow agents and set up a deal, then contact the user to be scammed via Telegram with an account impersonating the escrow agent. Once the funds are sent to escrow by the user being scammed, the scammer requests a refund and the user's funds are stolen. There is a simple way to not get caught up in this scam. Communicate directly with the escrow agent on this forum. I can't say this enough. If you use Telegram to make deals with BTC, you will be scammed. Let me repeat it larger for the people in the back...

A good idea for people to read to see what not to do. Always be aware that you need to secure your account and avoid clicking on phishing links. Your internet safety and security are important. Make sure you understand some of the attacks used against less sophisticated users.

Updated OP with new gift amounts for USDT escrows. These additional fees address higher network fees and other complications involved with handling USDT escrows across multiple networks. Please also specify what network you will be requiring escrow for (TRC20, ERC20, BSC, CSC). Thank you for your continued support!

I've been asked quite a bit about accepting USDT for escrow lately, enough that I've decided to offer that to users who wish to avoid the volatility currently in the crypto market but still want to make trades. For my part, I am now willing to provide USDT escrow services in exchange for a flat gift of $50 (TRC20) or $100 (ERC20) instead of the typical % that I have previously offered for my services. I hope this will help facilitate deals for some of the larger traders who want to remain safe and free from surprises while paying lower than 1% for escrow services.

I get a lot of escrow requests for small trades. There are probably cheaper and more available escrow agents that are willing to help with these, but I just don’t have interest. I would advise users doing below $1,000 deals to find a trusted escrow agent with more availability. I will most likely begin ignoring small escrow requests, as responding usually takes more back and worth than I am willing to engage in. Stay safe!

I'm sure there's plenty of other escrow agents who would be willing to assist you without concern. I'd advise you to go ask a few of them and see if you end up with more positive results. Seeing a lot of altcoin escrows these days. USDT seems to be a somewhat popular trading vehicle recently. A reminder that I'm usually open to escrow any type of cryptocurrency, not just Bitcoin. With the high volatility, fees and slow confirmation times Bitcoin has been experiencing lately, using an altcoin like USDT for escrows makes a lot of sense and has seemed to emerge as a popular way to trade. A lot of times people are sending from exchanges as well, which nearly eliminates fees in some cases. Stay safe, but trade smart too!

If you can find an escrow agent that has been around Bitcoin longer or handled more volume in BTC trades over the last decade, USE THEM as they are a crypto god and saint to this community.

If you're going to panic dump your Bitcoin for goods, make sure you use escrow so that you don't end up losing everything! Scammers are out and about trying all the old tricks right now. Be careful, be safe, be honest.
The Bitcoin mempool is regularly filling up and requiring some pretty extreme fees along with a few other chains. I've been handling escrows in all sorts of alternative cryptocurrencies as a result. Even some stablecoins! Be safe!

Please stop asking me to escrow frauds and account sales. I provide escrow to protect users, not get money. Helping you scam or break the law is absolutely the opposite of why I do this. Please stop asking. Go look at whoever is escrowing ICOs for anonymous users and ask them.

I’ve lowered the price of me confirming delivery and reshipping items to 0.005 BTC.
I’ve also been getting a few escrow requests for ETH now that BTC tx fees have gotten so high. I’ve been offering users 0.05 ETH escrow fees as a result.

Please don’t ask me to escrow Telegram deals. I am not interested. Both parties need to have bitcointalk accounts capable of communicating in order to secure a trustworthy escrow.
I would also advise anyone who is being asked to trade on Telegram to run screaming from the chat. Although that would be secondary advice if you didn’t want to follow my main advice, which is DO NOT USE TELEGRAM.

I have a PO Box that I’ve started using to verify escrow goods for parties that request to have goods shipped to me and verified before shipping to the buyer. I haven’t offered this service before because I didn’t want to, but with the extreme value of Casascius and other commonly sold goods it became necessary. For those of you who would like to utilize this service for purchases/sales, feel free to reach out to me. There is a minimum fee of 0.01 BTC for this service, so it isn’t recommended for low value goods.

It's literally the first rule in giant red letters on the thread. This is to protect others. Maybe you can find an automated escrow service willing to help scammers sell fraudulent or stolen accounts but I want to part of it. Good luck to you!

I've reduced my minimum escrow fee to 0.001 BTC effective immediately. 
Please do not ask me to escrow things that can be charged or taken back. For example, gift cards, paypal, user accounts, vbucks, or pretty much anything similar. I don't escrow these items for your protection, not mine. If something can be taken away once escrow is released, then escrow provides little real protection. I hope that clears up some confusion about why I do not escrow certain items.

Thanks for the kind words. Would be great if that trust showed up in the trust network. I think a lot of people probably don’t understand what it’s like to be in a perceived position of power on this forum. You’d think people would appreciate your efforts for the community but far more often users try to twist your actions into ways to discredit your motives in some misguided attempt to elevate themselves. It’s hard to really see the guilty parties behind these jealousy fueled attacks until you’ve fallen victim yourself.
I hope 2021 brings more perspective to members that I honestly don’t know what reason they have to hold a grudge against me, and maybe my trust feedback can begin to reflect the reality that is your above statement.
