If I'm on your shoe I will save my money by not investing in that coin. The market is wide and there are top coins that you should choose instead of that. Don't lose your money with that kind of coin, the market cap looks good but don't be deceived. Just because it's rising it doesn't mean that there's a good future lies within that token. This is my personal opinion, I really don't put interest with such coins and other coins that has seen to pump for the meanwhile. It's a new altcoin, I suggest you to analysis things first from trusted site. Check project rating, it's whitepaper and team members because it might be a long investment and bit risky.
It is not a new coin, it was an old coin and comparable to RVN. The rumor said PGN used to be RVN competitor.
