yes, Anti western cosplayer lol, I enjoy watching multiple anime at once, for different purposes (example: Not watching Sarazanmai on the bus, while Futari wa Precure: Max Heart is great while waiting for bus after work)

Tweeny Witches is my least favorite of the non-ongoing shows.

You are stubborn, but I'll say that to the rest of people reading the topic. The Japanese are fascinated by our Western culture, you can find proof of this in a lot of their works. Just some examples:
They love to picture Christian churches, crosses and other religious symbols, they also frequently use latin.
They get turned on by Christian nuns and angels Wink

Almost never use Japanese or Chinese weapons but prefer Western (especially US made)
They like to set their stories in the medieval times, with European castles and knights.
And so on and so on...

Just face it, people who make the stories you watch are fascinated with us just as some Westerners are fascinated with Eastern culture and your hate and denial won't change it.

Regarding the OP, the title and the topic of this thread, the OP has clearly set it up to be a hostile environment. I knew this going in, but felt inclined to call him on his racist bullshit. Nope, the western cosplayers you posted which I said fail is not because she is westerner but simply because she look nothing like the Anime character she imitated. Not just simply me but there is no logic that can support your claim that she is doing a good Cosplay, I mean Anime characters including the one she imitated is based on Asians appearance so then what would make her look good cosplaying that Asian based character?

And posting fail Asian cosplayers is useless because the point is only Asians who look good cosplaying Anime/Asian characters or there is no western cosplayers who look like the Asian cosplayers I posted in this topic.

As for Asian cosplaying western characters also a useless issue because the number of Asians who did that is nowhere near as much of the number of westerners who Cosplay Asian characters. Most westerners who Cosplay prefer to imitate Anime/Asian characters while almost all Asians who Cosplay are prefer to imitate Anime/Asian characters, see the evidence on www.cosplay.com and http://curecos.com

Cosplaying is sort of like acting in a way but really casual, let me put it this way, if you had gotten used to whatever your watching or reading being a certain way with the characters and they suddenly change everything up for no reason wouldn't you be pissed off? Lets not even go on a race based one, Game of Thrones had a recast on Daario Naharis for what felt like a couple of scenes, replaced him with a completely different guy, both were good actors but it was so blatant it confused the fuck out of me. Simply because you're seeing two obviously different people play the same fucking guy, it would be different if they at least looked vaguely similar but no, long haired Daario Naharis with muscles and short haired Daario Naharis looking noticably thinner.

It's the same thing here, I agree it's dumb to get that wound up about it but equally you're a fucking moron if you decide to start a flame war over it and since I've been on the internet that long I can practically sense them coming.

Regarding Daario Naharis. I actually assumed he was one of the "Faceless Men" just like Jaqen H'ghar. Both Jaqen H'ghar and Daario are from the Free Cities (Lorath and Tyrosh respectively), so it didn't surprise me to see a new face on Daario as the skill could have been known by both men.
