The OP mentions 5% that was to be used for some banking thing that never materialized. Been a while since I read through the thread but I think the majority in there agree that those pre-mined coins were most likely dumped by the dev long ago. Hard to know for certain since the guy hasn't been seen in months.

You think dragoncoin would go over good magnet? I'm working on Paycoin slowly, but I really want a few different types of code to work with e.g. scrypt pow, SHA-256d, Multi algo, etc. That way I can further my knowledge on each. I'd like to start with straight scrypt POW and sha POWPOS. Keep em coming guys and see what else out there is dead.
