Have tried yobit, Kraken (site not working), OKCoin, Bittrex...

All claim to support it but none are accepting deposits! No wonder the price is holding up is impossible to sell them...
Op you can visit poloniex exchange there you can exchange your bitcoin cash to the main bitcoin and any other currency. I exchange my my own bitcoin cash to btc early this week and it was successful although there was I little delay before poloniex credited my wallet account but at the end it was successful.

That's good to know. Poloniex is easy to use, even if they've been having withdrawal issues lately. Wish I was able to figure out how to sell at that massive spike to 0.2+BTC

CEX.IO is now accepting deposits. They added BCH trading pairs and announced the support for BCH deposits and withdrawals (fresh notification from their blog https://blog.cex.io/news/bitcoin-cash-deposits-withdrawals-enabled-cex-io-16432). Has anyone managed to do it yet?  Roll Eyes

Kraken has started allowing BCC trades from August 1.

ViaBTC allows trading of BCC from august 1.

Yobit and bittrex accept bcc though not a lot of exchanges are doing the same. Some exchange probably will in time but at the moment, bcc acceptance, even for us users are not really that wide. Let's see in the next months if that will change

ViaBTC accepts BCC and I just made a test deposit of 1 BCC and worked flawless (been lucky to have mad the tx just mins before the alst block Smiley )
It requires ID verifications but seems not a big deal, unless you're not using BTC coming from criminal activity, KYC are everywhere now when an exchange deals with FIAT too.

ViaBTC works fine for selling BCH. I've sold all my coins now and withdrawal BTC is enabled after your deposited BCH has been confirmed 20 times. If you make several deposits at different occations then the corresponding value in BTC that has cleared 20 confirmation is made available for withdrawal. It was a bit confusing for me at first.

Example:
Deposit 1 BCH and sell at 0.15
Deposit 1 BCH and sell at 0.1

When first deposit has cleared 20 conf. you can withdraw 0.15 BTC or whatever coin they support corresponding to that value.
When second deposit has cleared 20 conf. you can withdraw 0.25 BTC (if you have not yet withdraw anything).

It's not hard to imagine what will happen when exchanges start accepting deposits :-) Right now the limited supply keeps the price high.

There is (was?) a great discrepancy in prices between exchanges that accept deposits and those that don't: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin-cash/#markets

Anyway, I wonder for how long we'll be stuck between ViaBTC and HitBTC. It seems other exchanges are fine limiting the supply, hence artificially keeping the prices high.

Cheers,
Ethan

Are you sure? I am starting to think that BCH will surprice everyone. Maybe first little drop but then steady raise

the btc cash network has to be stable first.
All exchanges have to make sure it is secure to deposit/withdrawal, so they will enable it in  ~10 hours at the earliest or 80 hours at the latest.

bittrex credited BTC cash to its users.

But hitbtc is an exception, they already enabled it. But it still can take hours until your coins reach the exchange.
(hitbtc indeed had "fake" volume, since they listed btc cash already days ago, like they also do for nearly every ICO token. I don't trust that behaviour, but it is the only exchange that is doing it that way)

Everyone should read this. The network must be stable for security reason.
You can expect it within a week or even faster , bitcoin cash is new invented so it is no wonder.
Any exchange won't get rushed on making decision whether they have to launch the deposit/withdrawal feature soon.

STOP SNITCHIN'
Have tried yobit, Kraken (site not working), OKCoin, Bittrex...

All claim to support it but none are accepting deposits! No wonder the price is holding up is impossible to sell them...

Because bitcoin cash network still unstable due too many bugs on abc nodes I guess, and for most exchanges won't accept bitcoin cash for now even though trade on their site still on going, but withdraw bitcoin cash still unavailable right now.
We should wait until the abc devs team stated all clear and we may see bitcoin cash drop significantly if all those bch deposited to exchanges.
Network is stable, didn't hear about bugs, just slow blocks, that is not problem, and again, there is exchange that is accepting depos; cryptox.pl

Zero blocks mined in six hours sounds like a problem. ViaBTC's Bcash pool is now only showing 68P, pretty weak. I wonder if miners will defect and the new chain will die. At this difficulty, a lot of money is being wasted trying to mine Bitcoin Cash.

the btc cash network has to be stable first.

well, blocks are being mined, but the block time is just brutally long. when is difficulty going to retarget? didn't they tweak that?

i never paid attention to the Bcash code (who cares, right?) but i just assumed they were going to change the difficulty algo to allow it to be stable right away.

Hold.? Why?? Trade them dude, lots of people are selling and trying to dump but there are some who are trying to hold the wall. Take this as an opportunity to trade them and make some money.
