I'm currently using freehostia, so far they are good.
use no ip to use wamp and you can pick over 100 different dns
00webhost is a good one to use they are pretty fast and reliable.
use your own computer for web hosting!!!! look up wamp server on youtube very easy i use a small slow emachine for a bitcoin faucet http://dimensionalbtc.ddns.net ... if you need help with this let me know

Just search free web hosting. Every web host online includes an Apache server.
The trade off is:
Limited bandwidth
Limited database
Advertisements (sometimes)
Your domain name would normally be a sub-domain such as: http://test.weebly.com
You would have a set, average visitors per month, or the domain would be cancelled.
May not include other server-side scripting languages
Php version may be outdated
The disadvantages continue.....so on, so forth..........
