I've used localbitcoins, there are several trusted people there. It's harder for paypal to shut down person to person exchanges, but you'll have to put your trust into someone. You could also post in the relevant board in this forum.
I never really understood... What is PayPal's blimey problem with BTC exchanges?
Their repressive behaviour has been difficult for me to fathom.
As for localbitco, its another one of those websites asking for real identity.
I cannot do this for two reason:
1. Political: as the head of a clandestine movement abit like the comrades of DHKP-C, I need to protect my identity moreover those of my cadres against anything that can lead to repression of our organisation.
2. Trust: after being scammed more than once (moreover losing BitCoins), I am not sure I am going to trust any website with government ID documents like passports.
