That's weird. I never got an email for the brand change. Also when I google bit-x.com the first results that come up are luno.com
So it didn't change to luno.com?

I used to use them for their BTC debit card. now that wirex stopped their cards, I started looking for them to see if they are still in business...

Is there a thread or an announcement about this? Are my credentials and cards supposed to work? Thanks

This is the coinsbank thread.

There's not much announcement of the switch. Here's one mention of it.

Hi, I’ m looking for a good bitcoin card available in Europe. I’ve seen a lot of reviews and decided to learn more about coinsbank solutions. I wanted to read their legal terms, but just couldn’t find them on their site. Have anybody seen them? It also makes me wonder what is the card provider for No-name Limited cards, as for the other card types it is mentioned that the card provider is Wave Crest Holdings Limited. I also tried to find information about the ability to withdraw funds, as it was written on another forums “that users can only withdraw 75%”/“90% can be used”. Is it true and does anybody know where this information can be found? Thanks

Is there a minimum fee for withdraws?

Because 0.001 BTC fee for a 0.0194 BTC withdraw seems pretty high right?

Yes , It seems like minimum fee is 0.001 BTC, and the maximum 1 BTC while withdrawals start from 0.0001 BTC , you can see more information's here about the fees (those are deposit/withdrawal fees and has nothing to do with the Visa card btw) : https://coinsbank.com/fees

This must have been changed because with bit-x there was a much lower minimum fee.

And a withdrawl of 0.0001 with a 0.001 fee makes really no sense at all  Cheesy

On Bit-X, it was possible to click a button in order to pre fill the withdraw amount as the maximum available in the account minus the withdraw fees. I can't seem to find that option now... Did I miss it or is it not there?

I had the same issue, I hope the people at CoinsBank will do their best to migrate the important features Bit-x had because most of them were extra useful.

Still no "withdraw all" button.

In the old design, we were able to set which account funds for cards would be withdrawn from. Is this option still available?

It is available, open card Settings & Limits page.

hmm... I'm not getting the verification code text message. for logging in.

update 6 hours later: still nothing.

Did you manage to eventually log in? If not, please contact our support and if possible enable Google Authenticator instead of using the SMS authentication.

where do I find the contact info on the new site?

You can contact support using this form https://coinsbank.com/support, they will reply ASAP (usually within 12h from my experience)
I love new design and brand name.
