Yes, most of them are scam. But if you do not invest any money there is not really anything you can lose. But always make sure to keep your private key secret.You lose your time. Time is money. And watch out for fake google forms that hide malware on your computer and steal your private keys. My friend lost 30 thousand in ethereum from an airdrop.

Are new airdrop coins valuable? Because so many people participate in airdrop coins and always look for the latest airdrop coins. I think airdrop is a campaign that distributes free coins and the coins have no price.
"Airdrop" was coined by the Aurora team, and they didn't give them away on bitcointalk. Instead icelanders had to go to their website and prove they were icelanders and then received coins. Sort of like a faucet but much bigger amounts. The iceland airdrop was a bit of a failure because the people who received the coins sold them immediately and the coin didn't take off in Iceland as hoped.
These days you should be VERY carefull with coins that promise an airdrop. It could happen that the fake dev tries to get you into download virus infected wallet software.

and in a few days all people wonder why their myetherwallet has been hacked. They give lots of data to unknown people. and then in stupid google forms. then people have to blame themselves if their money is later gone. then they come back and cry here
