The offers on the side panel are just some of the latest added or latest completed offer each geographical targeting certain countries. You mustn't have been the target audience. If you click the drop down menu it will show a number next to each category, this number shows how many offers you can complete in that category. Alternatively you could use an offerwall such as Matomy which provides many suitable offers.
