I never got those email so far Grin

I think it's normal if someone gets that email because they can scrape the target email using software or using a search engine. And after they get the targets, they will send an email and asking for the payment. I have received an email like that but it's not about a porn website, and I just delete the email or add it into my spam address so the email will get a block.

Right, this is just some random person who just happens to get your email from some other websites as all. Just delete these email and ignore that c**t.

And besides, if you did nothing wrong this there's no way you should pay these people. I received email to this when I joined the crypto sphere, but I don't pay attention, just delete the email and then go with your usual daily routine and don't be affected.

If you are paranoid, then change your password or better yet get a new email account.

He is no hacker, nor your email address has to be used in crypto related stuff to get one of these harmless threats.

It is probably taken from websites that were previously hacked, these database leaks have millions of emails and can be found on major torrent websites.

See if you have any other addresses leaked :

You should report the crook to your local police. Local police does work with their international counterparts to track down  international criminals. I don't think he is watching you. But if you suspect he does then put tapes on your front cameras.
This is why I dislike the creepy things called front camera or webcam. I have them all sealed with tapes.

First of all, don't panic, it's nothing to be feared. I have seen such cases from other sites too. The so called hacker has no video of yourself. He is just trying to blackmail you. Generally, those scammers try to reach out random persons, doesn't need to be someone who watches porn. They just share this kind of story. If someone has done things like watching porn, masterbate or something, will be feared and send the payment to get out of this. Don't be worry.

Ignore them and make sure you don’t send fund to any of those junk mail or release your private key, they are just looking for people that will fall prey by sending bulk mail to email addresses they have in their database, it might even be some of these airdrops that we drop our email with.

Just be careful with any link you click on and you have nothing to worry about, provided your conscience is clear about what the mail says, sometimes some of these AD popup from some sites we visit has a way of installing unknown software’s in our system, it happens a lot on my phone, sometimes, I just see a lot of software’s I didn’t authorize install on my phone.

As soon as you open this Email I will know you opened it.
I am tracking all actions on your device.

LOL, i wonder what kind of software or program that they made to tracking device, even when its not connected to the internet.
I think i saw this kind of email somewhere, but i ignore the email because i don't using camera.
This is why we need to not exposing our email publicly. The bounty spreadsheet in bounty campaign usually hide the email which is good.

this has been going on a while.
it only proves that you used your Email address somewhere that was cryptocurrency related. it can be an exchange, some ICO you participated in, or some group you joined,... and then they sold your personal information including your Email address on the dark market which is now being used to target you as someone who possibly owns bitcoin with their scams.

Even if you do not do a KYC AND and submit your email in these airdrops you will likely fall for this blackmailing, I have received one in the past, these kinds of emails will fall into the spam folders, if you are looking at your spam folders, you will not see this email.

I think is a random email that found its way to your mail box. It is awise decision you made, not heeding to their demand of $2,000 in btc. It has been going on randomly, some are through phone calls maybe telling you they are bank managers, giving wrong information about your bank ATM and requesting your pin so they can fix it for you  Grin. We just have to be wise not to become a scam victim.

I'm not active in any porn sites my email is not registered in any porn site and I'm not using a camera when I am using my computer
I've received this porn site blackmail I'm pretty sure he's just guessing it landed in my spam folder so I guess he is sending to a lot of people

Of course, I just ignored this idiot

 Hi there,

The last time you visited a porn website with teens,
you downloaded and installed the software I developed.

My program has turned on your camera and recorded
the process of your masturbation.

My software has also grabbed all your email contact lists
and a list of your friends on Facebook.

I have the - Admin.mp4 - with you jerking off to teens
as well as a file with all your contacts on my computer.

You are very perverted!

If you want me to delete both the files and keep the secret,
you must send me Bitcoin payment. I give you 72 hours for the payment.

If you don't know how to pay with Bitcoin, visit Google and search.

Send 2.000 USD to this Bitcoin address as soon as possible:

37zbHmWh9LXTggw4QgTRHM9xsVfPjKiLXU
(copy and paste)

1 BTC = 3,850 USD right now, so send exactly 0.526173 BTC
to the address provided above.

Do not try to cheat me!
As soon as you open this Email I will know you opened it.
I am tracking all actions on your device.

This Bitcoin address is linked to you only,
so I will know when you send the correct amount.
When you pay in full, I will remove both files and deactivate my program.

If you don't send the payment, I will send your masturbation video
to ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATES from your contact lists I hacked.

Here are the payment details again:

Send 0.526173 BTC to this Bitcoin address:

----------------------------------------
37zbHmWh9LXTggw4QgTRHM9xsVfPjKiLXU
----------------------------------------

You can visit police but nobody can help you. I know what I am doing.
I don't live in your country and I know how to stay anonymous.

Don't try to deceive me - I will know it immediately - my spy software is
recording all the websites you visit and all keys you press.
If you do - I will send this ugly recording to everyone you know,
including your family.

Don't cheat me! Don't forget the shame and if you ignore this message your
life will be ruined.

I am waiting for your Bitcoin payment.
You have 72 hours left.
