Go to the bounties section and find the bounties which accepts newbies but in most of the signature campaign Jr.member rank is must so you just have to wait for two more week to rank up then you can join in bounties.

Currently, bounty campaign for the newbie is very limited due to the limited number of signatures, so few campaigns agree to join newbie. You need at least Jr. Member can quickly join the bounty because Jr. Member is the minimum rank that current campaigns apply to bounty participants.

There is absolutely no bounty signature for newbies, it's until you're junior member that you can get be seeing some campaign you can do but as it is now you can do facebook, twitter, telegram and medium campaign. Hope that helps

i think signature campaign starts on jr. member rank, way back when i was a newbie i always get rejected it's because the minimun requirements for signature campaign is jr. member 
As far as I know in bounty signature campaigns, you can not participate with a rank on the forum Newbie. You need to improve your rank on the forum before Junior Member.
the signature can rarely allow a newbie joining because of the newbie is new and has not been rated qualified. In addition, if a newbie can join it will create too many participants who make the more small allocation of rations.
