Btc-e has been very stable and well run. They remaining outside of jurisdiction is actually in their favour.
They can run away with the funds, but staying and taking in the fees makes more sense.

I dont see BTC-e to go bust anytime soon. They are doing everything fine so far and there is substantial reason for their anonymity. Rather, I expect more anonymous businesses to come up in future to provide stable service in Bitcoin world.
