If any less, the escrow should only release the payment of those courses that are received and then refund the rest back to the buyer

I know this is against their TOS. And I very well know what I'm doing. If I'm not able to give you courses, which has never hapened, I will refund the money. I'll only accept for my work done and nothing more or less. We can use escrow without thinking twice as long as you are bearing the escrow fees or something. Let me know the order details.
