There is no virtual card payment method that doesn't require KYC. This to make sure if you are not coming from the restricted countries that prohibited cryptocurrency. I have tried various service like crypterium, tenx, MCO, and many more and all of them require KYC verification. Remember to issue the card and the service provider must comply with the regulation that already implemented.
That's about to get the legalization to run its service. I believe you will not find that caused by KYC verification becomes a minimum standard.

It will be very hard to search that. VCC is also requiring KYC verification.

I think you should stay away from VCC's that allows deposits in cryptocurrencies. Although there are some that are legit and actually being used but I've seen projects that are into this theme but has been gone as they operate. Maybe they didn't able to take the competition and pressure.

I am not familiar with virtual crypto plastic cards. I searched on google and found a project called equicex. It is pretty difficult to find a provider that will accept your cryptocurrencies as a payment and give you a credit card for payments. It is because Visa and MasterCard do not support cryptocurrencies naturally. I think that only working crypto credit card solution offers Bitpay, have you tried it?

theres no where without kyc for this
projects have been promising this for literally YEARS man, but it scares the hell out of governments & banks so they savagely resist it : /
search the history of projects here, you will find 500 coins offering "anon crypto debit cards". NONE of them have made it
∴ This tells us, its WAY more complicated then we know, BE WARY of any project, especially an ICO, thats offering to provide this service!

Any payment method card, either debit or credit in physical or virtual form is powered by an electronic fund transfer company like VISA, Mastercard, etc.
These companies have to adhere to the financial laws and mandatory KYC to prevent use in illicit activities.
There is no way you can fund a virtual card with crypto anonymously.

It's pretty hard the moment you pick up a visa/mastercard payment. Those are not meant to be anonymous. I think your best bet would be to deposit some crypto to paxful and buy some prepaid VCC from a seller there. It's going to be a dubious transaction as most times those are stolen, but what can you do... If you need anonymous mastercard maybe you can afford the loss of one in a few. Paxful supposedly has a customer protection scheme but it's hard to prove stuff in it sometimes.

Maybe you can buy some prepaid cards but most of them will ask you to send them your personal information.
