Either way, OP has the guts to deposit on that site relying only on limited information. Or maybe it was started on the usual scam scheme wherein a player will surely win but needed a deposit to withdraw the amount. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5081286.100

We don't know the reason but maybe someone lured him to use the site.

Anyways, almost a month now that OP doesn't come back here so maybe it's time now to bury this thread for good. Keeping the thread active will just make the site name bumped as I have mentioned, they are still active.
I hope he is ok his last post was a month ago and it's not really a good post because he is talking about getting depressed and following up with his doctor, maybe his doctor advised him to stay away from gambling site and posting here to protect his health, it's really depressing that you trust a gambling site and you cannot withdraw your earnings.
Maybe he has a lot of pressure on his depression so he doesn't come back to this thread and this problem seems like it's not over because the finance department board is not active yet, it's ironic that maybe it's valuable money for the OP but there's this power they've been tricked. by the gambling site.

I also wish the best for the OP where they have a problem here and it's clear a lot of people will stay away from the site because of that problem.

To bad these sites can scam so easy, and it appears that nothing can be done about it which is a sad story.
Players can minimize the risks by staying away from brand new sites. What I am saying might sound unfair to new projects, but one way to prevent getting scammed is playing only on sites that have been around for years, and have a clean record. Don't get tempted with massive bonuses, gorgeous designs, and superficial things. Play on casinos that pay regularly, not those who have slightly bigger odds or make bigger promises.
I do not think it is unfair at all, business should look after themselves and the same is true for the players, if those new websites want to attract players then they better make sure they try to gain the trust of the few players they manage to attract at the beginning so their reputation begins to grow and they gain clients this way.

But instead they do the opposite on their desire to earn a few more satoshis they decide to ignore the few customers they have and steal from them creating a negative reputation that at least in the forum is almost impossible to get rid of.

There is also possibility that his winning also came from just small capital. Since it's not that trusted website I don't think some one will just deposit big amount to the gambling site that he never use before . For what ever reason is even they have event that promise a good bonus it's still no way you will just trust your money to unknown gambling websites just because of bonus.

Maybe that scenario really happen since imagine those big bonuses offers by some scam site and newbie will surely fall for wanting to get those easy money offered to them. But unfortunately this is another sad event of scamming which I think still not resolve since OP didn't give an update, For sure many curious people want to know the update on this thread.

But since OP is gone I think best for mods to lock this thread to avoid any unnecessary bumping as you said.

what if op already gaved up ? because its case is verry common and the comments that he got here makes him more depressed its because almost all comments are against him and not on the site .

i didnt check the site now because of slow connection , i cant judge if the site looks legit or fake but if its already proven by members , they can file a report so that this site can get shutdown as much as possible before more newbies fall to this schemes

One lesson we can get from the @OP.
Having 0.7 btc as a winning and want to withdraw all of the money at once will make the alarm sound to wake up the security, and they will check your account.
I don't get it why people still want to withdraw their big winning for one time. If I were them, I will withdraw for some amount and play it safe without trying to make the alarm sound.
For others, next time, we should be careful if we want to play gambling and don't withdraw too big money if you don't want to hear the alarm from the gambling site.

What you are saying cannot be ignored but ideally the genuine website would never stop any withdrawals of the user if it was genuinely won or hold it in the wallet. 0.7 btc was of the user and he can withdrawal at any point of time as there is no restriction on such withdrawal. Only when the website does not want to continue in future and want to run away with money it is when this all things happen; else I do not see why it was not being paid.

That is ideal, but we should know that the owner or admin will check on that account before they allow the withdrawal process.
They don't want to see the money out without knowing if the user is clean for anything.
The gambling site is not the exchange that allows the user to withdraw big money.
But if I am the website owner, I will do the same thing before allowing the money out.
I feel that the admin wants to check the account first before he can process the withdrawal.
That is why I suggest withdrawing a small amount to avoid the checking process.

I will just hope that he will be able to resolve his withdrawals as he get a response from their security department, once the finance manager
will likely to comeback then his problem will be solve.

There is no security department or active support. This website has been running for the last 4 years. But they are not active in the forum or on any social media. Before depositing on any gambling website, you should check their activities in the forum and social media, but in most cases, people come to the forum as victims of scams.

Swordsoffreedom you got that right, people come to the forum as victims in most cases. It's the reason why we see so many newbies complaining and asking for justice here on forum! The biggest problem is that people don't check the sites they are gambling on, but luckily some of them find justice here, at least in some cases I was witnessing!
I am not sure that someone can help this guy here, the prize for contact seems high, but if site is created to scam people admins will hide their profiles, so it will be hard to get to them!
Well OP should choose better where to gamble with his money, and to be sure to check what we wrote here on forum before he gets hooked in some spider scam web!

It's already more than a month from the start of this thread, any news from OP if he was able to solve his issue already so he can give
some information to other users of that site who are also experiencing the same problem to his.

The reward that he is offering is already a good amount so I am sure that his pending withdrawal should be more than $1k or a way higher than
it. I will just hope that he will be able to resolve his withdrawals as he get a response from their security department, once the finance manager
will likely to comeback then his problem will be solve.

The website seems to be old, but for some reason the website doesn't looks to be active. Whenever there is more and more number of gambling sites with cryptocurrency acceptance, it is a must to analyse the worthiness and deposit. More such complaints have got registered with similar issues, even after that people take it easier. Whenever we risk our money depositing on any website it is our responsibility to analyse and make use of the right one.
Indeed. We should be extra vigilant whenever our money is going to be involved on a party. Another is, whenever associate our money to a gambling site, terms and conditions should be analysed and upholder to prevent issues and problems with the accounts and on withdrawal.

That is the problem because many users don't research before loading fund in gambling site to play. We might keep having victim with this site because no information if the issue with op winning was released to him. It is bad to lose many times and one time winning is an issue to remit money.

I don't think there is any authority that will take this site off the air. They are simply too small for that, and moreover there must be a criminal offense. And then there must be enough substantive burden of proof. Generally speaking, the government has little interest in this. As it seems now you have been ripped off, but that is still relative and your word against the site's. I am afraid this site will remain online. We can only hope that more victims will not be made.

I don't know what on earth the person is thinking, with good amount of money that will risk their luck in a non reputable site.

From BTC0.7 winnings, I'm sure OP started with a big capital to reached that amount as profit. For a person who holds that kind of good amount, I'm expecting their DYOR is much better compare to average gamblers but still OP ended up on that kind of site.

Based on what I've read on their ANN, I don't think it's a personal issue why the owner became inactive. More of, I believed they really tend to scam at the start.

For newbies out there, stay away to the site as it was still active and running.

There is also possibility that his winning also came from just small capital. We must move on with the lesson to be learnt and never to trust nay new gambling site without any trusts or the one whose offers is something too lucrative to be true. People get scammed many times because of this reason going for an offer which is just too true to be believable and in the end its nothing more than scam and lose out their valuable money in such events. We all need to stay away from this website for sure.
To be honest this casino isn't a new gambling since it's has been operated since 2017. The problem is the team is inactive and the support also not responsible to solve the withdrawal issues

This is why we need to check the gambling thread and their social media before to play it. A legit old service/project doesn't mean they will still legit in the future.

If they are no longer active, they should shut down this gambling site so people wont fall on this and will not lose their money. Since they are still running I think someone is still working with them, it just that the admin are not responsive. Nevertheless, OP should not stop from seeking to the admin and they should give the money he deserve. This is the proof that even if the old gambling site can leave you hanging out around without giving any feedbacks, so don't too over confident on the gambling site you're using right now.

I've lost.money here hundreds of times then there was never an issue but first time I earned and they behaving like this .

Well, this is a typical behaviour of scams. It sounds devastating now, but I wouldn't get my hopes up about getting that money back. Scams also don't care if you complain in Bitcointalk or anywhere else. They will stop the service sometime and start a new business.

I took a look at the site and it shows so many red flags why you should not use it. The license in Bolivia (very strange), the technical support guy who can't help you, probably there is only one person behind the project and he is using the "shift of responsibility" method to keep you and his scam going until he can close the project down.

Furthermore, the site does not offer "affiliates" (it says so but there is no page for it), the design is minimal and comes from the service that sells the betting script. So no great effort was made.

I can continue the list a little more. In short: It's a scam, write off your money and learn from it not to bet on such dubious sites.
