It's obvious that the SEC's goal is to stall the process as much as possible, either because they wish to demonstrate their authority or don't know what they are doing, or both. I believe the market will progress with or without their help.

Soon or later, i do believe SEC will approve on cryptocurrency market and regulate the market. Crypto market cap value already increase and always growing more bigger, its invited and i think SEC can not ignore it

But remember it is not the coin which is really hacked but the exchange. It has nothing to do with what the SEC will decide about ETF's.
Their security is just too low and any coin will be stolen from them.

I bet a lot of authorities behind SEC are already seeing what crypto currencies can do and how much value it had risen by now.
There may be a chance it will be regulated or better be accepted as an ETF. More patience guys. It will happen if you really want to.
But for me, it is better this way.

I predict if the SEC keep postpone Bitcoin ETF then later in the future people in this community would not hear and care them anymore. No one will have new expectation for them. People will eventually realize that they don't really need regulation, but regulator needs Bitcoin. It's enough to play with them.

I no longer get worried of the sec, they have prolonged the approval of the request being sent to them for approval. I really don't know their aim of not getting this proposal done and I care less now

So many things happening in the USA right now, and I think there will be no major announcement from the SEC especially about ETF.
We want to hear the good news but its not time yet for that, though I think there will be something new in the market that can make the price pump that good news is about the adoption of big companies.

Such legal framework and regulation might not happen if SEC itself does not allow it by approving it. In this case, I think the the issue of ETF might go unresolved because bitcoin is not guided by any organization for SEC to now come in to harmonize properly.

This is one of a reason why SEC denied EFT for so many times if I were you I will not expecting too much for the approval of EFT but most of us want EFT tobe approve this time to see some huge spike again in the market but expectation vs reality is really hurt.
Thats why its really hard to predict if SEC approve this EFT but the good new Crypto continue to grow day by day.

They should have stopped and announce something like they are not interested to BTC ETf then than building the hopes up for the crypto users expectation. AS long as decisions aren't put in place, all those who are investing will have the fear for what will happen one day.

IF they have to analyze it all, BTC is already in the wide market including the NASDAQ so what is it that makes them idle.

Government process don't work like magic they have to go through different laws and time waisting because it have to go through signing and lots of documentation which is time consuming. It will take a very long time before the sec will approve or even seat on the case.

I think SEC will eventually come in very soon but they are still going through some measures in order to be sure of the approval. Once due diligence are being done then I believe approval will come in quick.

Whatever it is that has advantage, also has its own disadvantage. You never can tell what would happen, if SEC eventually comes in, full fledged into the crypto space, you might not find things as easy as it is now.
Perhaps commoners, retail investors and perhaps those who are the less privileged might not be able to invest again.
Take advantage of a moment like this to invest and trade, so as to make good profit.

The SEC will never approve any cryptocurrency as an exchange traded fund(ETF),because of the price manipulations that happen frequently in the cryptocurrency markets.
They will ,at best, delay their decisions and deny the proposals,when the time is right.

SEC is the most unpredictable government agency in USA. Grin

I don't know why they are taking such a long time by delaying these Bitcoin ETF proposals proposed by known USA companies. However, I believe that SEC will approve them at some point. Otherwise, they could have easily reject them without delaying them. Therefore, let's think about SEC with a positive mind for these Bitcoin ETF proposals.
