Don't you have to have some skills or qualifications to get a job in australia. It seems like they dont just let anyone in.

there was a reddit AMA about some guy who travelled the world and said he did odd jobs in australia to pay for his way. menial tasks.

I'm wanting to move to Amsterdam, thinking about buying a one-way ticket and getting a job in a coffee shop or something similar. Anyone got any advice or tips?

I doubt it's as easy as just hopping on a plane and getting a job. I'm guessing jobs in coffeeshops are quite sought after. I'd think this though a little more before you jump right into it.
