Yes my account is left outside. The name of the other person is klitoris69

Rating is gone. Im not entirely convinced its the right thing, but I think its equaly likely that the former owner tried to reclaim the account as it is that the account was hacked.

I am not clear how I could convince you 'more'.

But it's much appreciated to give me the benefit of the doubt.

I could have asked for access to your account to verify the PMs, but I dont need to be sure. Its enough that I have reason to doubt the OPs story.

Shield removed the neg. trust too so it's good to have this sorted out.

@Shorena
Yeah there are a lot of reason to doubt OP's story. Number one being, not replying frequently in your own thread when your account is stolen.

Anyway thanks guys.

Shorena,

Based on this PM i was the winner of the account auction.
http://imgur.com/uyiX9Fa

After checking the account I found out the post quality was very poor so negotiations started:
http://imgur.com/xDTlsYI

After that there was no communication since the trade was succesfull. He had the money
https://blockchain.info/tx/2bf42a7be9fabe02d8e00f8252656e1ff683608ed47695c24788f77d260d6e67

And I had the account. So i changed the password:
https://bitcointalk.org//seclog.php

Both actions above are within the correct timeframe so it can't be a lie. Also this is the going rate for a potential Sr. Member

If you look closer you will find that he did not reply in his own sellng thread;
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.13084558

So we can be consider he had sold it, especially since he contacted me, telling me that I had indeed won the auction (see PM above)

We did not use an escrow so above information is the only information I have, but it should be sufficient since the start (thread) and the end (payment) of a normal account transaction are present in my 'story'.

Thanks.

Why did you remove the names from the PMs? Is it to keep the accounts involved private?

Your role in this is still vague to me. On one hand you try to be a scam hunter (good) but on the other hand you are not worried OP came online and didn't even bother to post in this only topic for a few days. Not one moment in this conversation were you objective... Again, I still think it is you...

I never claimed to be a scam buster, but even if I hardly see how that matters here. If your only defense is "OP didnt post" its a big thin isnt is? What exactly do you mean with "it is you..."?

FYI
I did sent you an TX ID https://blockchain.info/tx/2bf42a7be9fabe02d8e00f8252656e1ff683608ed47695c24788f77d260d6e67
Please check the time when the password was changed too. https://bitcointalk.org//seclog.php

I have never owned the private key for that address.

@havargas/ shorena
You claim you are not mr. klitoris69, whom sold me the account. But then the password was manually changed, not forced. Meaning this so called hacker knew your password.
Something which is... odd.

Then a few hours before your account got hacked, you open a new account and start your habbit of gambling predictions again:

http://imgur.com/Z1W7Ta0

Don't you think that is too much of a coincidence? I am no expert but to me it seems you intentionally made this new account to cash in some money for your 'hobby', then opened a new account to build a reputation and along the way you went mental and try to get double value for your money.

Even, and I say even, this is all a coincidence what do you expect from me. To lose money?
The case is, you accused me but it is me proving that I have bought this account.

Offcourse I want to account to be neutral at least, but I will not give you the account since... I bought it..

If you want the account to have neutral trust, convince me that you indeed bought it. All you did for now was sending me confusing messages and baseless claims. Explain it to me like Im 5 and show evidence of your words and I will remove the rating.

@Shorena : now ,how must i do to get back my account? i already post signed message.

Usually in cases like this you two have to figure out a way as the admins will probably not get involved.

left negative, but as shorena said password was changed using old password, not reset

so either someone who know old password changed this or you sold the account and trying to get it back

Just that.

I am wikenpp, but now my account got banned for 14 days.

That signed message was the one you sent me remember. After that i transfered you the coin so I could change the pass and  use this account.

How sick can you be to sell it, and earn from it, and then want it back?

I know buying an account is condoned (altough not advised), however it's not illegal.

Another one, suppose I had the skills to hack you, would I sell the account or use it risk being banned?

@Shorena and Shield
Please check his story and determine for yourself if it makes sense. If you would consider deleting the trust rating or one any other from of proof of me (payment tx), just tell me. If you would turn your negative trust in something green, I will forgive for you for that :s

@havargas
You are a sick freak. People like you who choose the easy way and earn money illegal, will never make it nor will EVER be happy.

 How hard is it for you to understand you help the bad guy.
-snip-

It is very hard for me to understand you. I dont know if thats a language issue or you are just not trying to answer my questions.

You claimed you have a signed message, where is it?
You claimed you got the very signed message that is in the OP. I asked you to clarify this, because it makes no sense to get a signed message that asks for a reset in an account deal. You failed to do so.
You claim to be playing some game (PM) here, some bluff. I dont know why, unless you have nothing to show for your side of the story. If you indeed have nothing, take it as a lesson. If you have something, spit it out.
The above points no longer matter, but they added greatly to my confusion, well done, make it harder to help you.
You claimed to have bought the account, yet have shown nothing, not even a transaction.

Here is the last PM I got, maybe someone can help me understand it. All I understood was that Oceriw has no signed message. So the "bluff" was indeed an empty hand, not sure what you tried to accomplish with this.

Hi Shorena,

I played some bluf poker to this scammer. If he would reacted first he would probably say it's wasn't him and that the account was hacked.

Which can't be possible because the pass was changed once.

?? Can you rephrase that

Sure.
This guy sold me his account, claiming that i had hacked him.

Yes, but do you have a signed message? You ignored this question in the thread.

But as you can see in the log's the password was only changed once.

Yes.

If I say you sent me this signed message when yousold it to me

this? which signed message, you have not posted a single signed message. Or havargas your account as well?

(he would think i shit).

I dont understand that.

So then he would say> No someone hacked me and sent you the password.

Yes, you claim you bought the account and that the person in the thread tries to get the account back now. I get that.

Which makes it impossible since the password was only changed once (after i bought it).

I know I am newbie so trust level is quite low. But tell me

1) If i hacked this account. Would i take the risk to get it banned and myself be banned or life, or would i sell it and take profit?

I dont know, sometimes hacked accounts (sr.+) are used to spam the forum.

2) If you got hacked would you post a topic only or would you alert the admin? And the admin he can check the logs + will contact me. Then i sent him the PM i got from the seller and it would prove my purchase right?

If I lost control over my account I would create a thread and write BadBear & theymos. Are you saying you have a signed message but you wait for the admins to contact you?

Nothing of the above however explains:
Quote

Whats the bluff here?

I have a feeling you make this more complicated than it needs to be. Due to english not being your first language its already complicated enough. If you continue like this I would not be surprised if this just dies down without a resolution. The admins dont have much time. If you make this a game of hide and seek, they will just not play it.

-Sho

Let's make it an example of How I think it would have been played out.

This scammer fake a scam accusation by me with an mention of a signed message.
>> I did not get it but i bluff that he sent it to me. He is confused if he sent it or not. Confused since I said i had it and he also had it.

The scammer knows that the only way to stand by his story is to claim that another guy hacked the account and sent me a (not the) signed message. (I just googled the signed message and I got a better understanding of it).
>> I react to him, it's not possible that his account was hacked and sold, since a password was only changed once...

P.S. Don't you think it is weird that even today Havargas has come online and not 1 reaction to my message has been posted. Not 1?
Almost 5 days has past and not 1 reply at all. Don't you think his plan is done? To make this account unusable with the negative trust. Again if it was your account. Would you just open a thread with a new account, then log in and don't react in your own thread?

@aakashsangwan + @equator
Please find the appropriate thread for that converstation

@notlist3d
I know buying accounts is ok, but you are right, raising an account is preferred above buying, since there are people like havargas whom are so greedy they conduct so low life crimes. Scamming someone who paid you for a account?? Really!!

@shorena
Honestly I don't care our PM-ing you either. But since you fell for havargas trap and gave it a negative trust rating i had/have to.
Havargas (a dummy account) was online yesterday. He did not respond at all on the whole discussion. How hard is it for you to understand you help the bad guy.

The proof speaks for itself...

The password was not hacked, it was changed, so someone knew his pass (duh it was his own account).
Why is he silent, it's his account that was hacked right?
It makes no sense you don't reply on my valid concerns why he did not react while being online?
Also you know damn right if he don't react it will not get out sorted out. It will take the admin a decent amount of time and (somewhere I understand it that) he won't spend resources on it.

... My question to you is.. Was this one of your alt account which you used to scam me? Because everybody here can see what happend here.

Yet another user claimed to be hacked (while there are raise suspicous doubts about how it happen) you made a negative trust review.
So far nothing wrong.

Then the 'victim' goes all silent, which in a way proofs he only did this to scam me. Yet you ignore to answer any valid concerns/argument.

Which now makes me the victim...

Did you(Oceriw) by any chance buy the account from aakashwagan? He seems to have a lot of these scam accusations recently.
hey mexxer, don't talk about me like that.

I never recieved money for that account, that's why i created that thread to get back my account, and there is nothing wrong to get back your account for which the buyer didn't paid any money(you can confirm it from equator, he will tell the truth).

So in real, i was scammed by that person.
Reply in the other thread with relevant proof/information. You both agreed to some conditions which you don't seem to have honored.

ya sir, i clearly told him that first i will post and rank it full member account after that i will join a signature campaign and will give you the amount on the first payment day, and he clearly accepted it , now he is accusing that i have not paid him, i am not denying that i am not to pay him, i have to pay him, and i have clearly stated that, please help me.

Its this kind of people that give bitcoin a bad image in the public media. We should try our best to save new users into falling in their traps.

It's greed that get's them into this trap most likely.  It sounds like he purchased a account... what do you think made him do this?  I would guess money through sig campaign that seems to be decently popular in beginner.  And I'm no fan of it.

This is why we should suggest to new people to raise an account vs buying one.   With this account I'm betting the person who has it now claims ownership ... and so does op (I'm guessing).  So it put's admin in a bad spot having to look through evidence and see if they can find owner.

I do feel bad OP lost money due to a scam.  My suggestion to anyone is to raise the account vs buying.  And if a deal sounds to good to be true chances are it is.

I agree with you notlist3d. Raising an account is much much better than buying one.

I hope this gets sorted out soon.
