I have a little  BTC on my private wallet, Can you tell me how to claim Bitcoin Diamond? Huh Huh Huh

don't know about bitcoin diamond, but I claimed other forks successfully through coinomi. You just need to sweep your keys in there and claim the forked coins. This link can be of use: https://coinomi.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/29000016813-collecting-your-forked-coins-from-coinomi

If you have your keys or seed you will be able to claim it and you can restore your keepkep wallet on Coinomi wallet and then claim your BTG.

ATTENTION
BITHER IS NOT SAFE ANYMORE
Stay away!
The Wallet lets you claim the less valuable forks but as soon as you introduce your private key the BITCOIN DIAMOND balance is gone.

Hey guys, today I found an interesting "how to guide" here:
https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@olsm/how-to-claim-bitcoin-diamond-bcd-super-bitcoin-sbtc-and-bitcoin-gold-btg

It uses "Bither" which seems legit as it is promoted by german bitcoin.de platform.

I downloaded it for Desktop and I did not find an option to claim BTC-forks.
Then I downloaded the Android app and it showed the BTC-forkcoins.

Would be nice if any member with more posts could confirm so I am not suspect ;-)

I also just found that guide and will try it out. But for all, who want to try it out, pay attention, that your wallets you import, are really empty. Transfer your Bitcoins to another wallet, before you claim anything.
For those, who want to gain Bitcoin Gold and BCH I can recommend coinomi.

I just have to wait for Ledger nano s support. That is one of the very few downsides having all your funds on a hardware wallet. Very dependant on the dev teams to release support for the forks, which normaly takes time, and by then the coin has dropped in price.

No hurry to claim your bitcoin diamond, a Bitcoin Diamond is forever. Possibly Smiley
The price was around $17 per coin, the price is going to get larger in a few months. I wouldn't suggest for you to invest in it because I could be wrong about it.

Suppose we have our BTC in a hardware wallet. (Ledger Nano S). And they don't say anything about releasing a supported wallet to claim forked coins. Are there any 100% safe method to claim coins?

I want to continue using my hardware wallet but I don't want to get my private key exposed to third party.

QoinPro is the only one of those sites that I've heard of -- and it is of questionable legitimacy.

I'll be waiting until a major wallet or exchange supports this or any fork (e.g., BCD, BCG, BCH, BCP) before I have any concerns about claiming.

Agreed. QoinPro do not reply to emails, tickets, or twitter and do not offer 2FA. I won't be sending them my BTC till they do....

These are the following wallets where you can claim you BCD (Bitcoin Diamond)
- BitGO https://www.bitgo.cc/
- Bitpie http://bitpie.com/
- COLDLAR http://pc.coldlar.com/home/home
- ATOKEN http://atoken.com/
- KCASH https://www.kcash.com/
- QoinPro https://www.qoinpro.com/

For the complete information, visit the official website: http://btcd.io

If you already made claiming successfully your Bitcoin Cash (BCH) before then this would be easier for you now.

Has anyone used any of these exchanges? I tried QoinPro but they don't support 2 factor or reply to my email so a little concerned.

Cheers

I don't think you can claim them yet, and I don't think they can even be mined yet. It will probably work just like with the bgold fork and we need to wait for their official announcement. There are plenty of wallets listed on their site, but I don't really know them, so I'm not going to try those. Even if you were able to claim them already, you wouldn't be able to do anything with them. The only thing that is being traded now are their futures, so I guess that actually means that there are no coins available at the moment.

I'm not sure about this one to be honest. If you go to their site, you actually see a picture that compares them to BTC, bgold, bcash and B2X. I mean, they could at least change that, and removed the B2X since the fork was canceled. I know this might be a little thing, but for me it shows some lack of dedication to keep the information in their site updated.

since the Snapshot has taken no notice how you claim split results with private Key to get Bitcoin Diamond, keep it up until there is an official announcement from Official Bitcoin Diamond.  If you have a Bitcoin on wallet their recommendation you might have some Bitcoin Diamond.

Since the snapshot has already been taken, you will just have to wait for ca way to officially claim your bitcoin diamond by sweeping your private key into a supported wallet. As far as i know there are no ways of doing it right now.

I am aware of a few exchanges that are distributing bitcoin diamond, however since the snapshot has already passed it's too late to put your BTC in there.

If it's just a small amount, you probably shouldn't even bother. The transaction fees of clearing your BTC address for security is going to be not worth it for the reward.
