if already addicted, it is necessary very strong intention to quit. Gambling addiction is a disease that makes sufferers nervous when he could not gamble, do anything in order to gamble, sell anything in order to gamble. If the intention of stopping less strong, it will not work to stop. Intention must be coupled with discipline. Discipline for not gamble anymore. And one more important thing is, you have to have other activities that are beneficial and seized much of your time.

I love gambling, espercially poker and I play it almost every day with bitcoins. But I don't count myself addicted. Last summer I went for holiday to my girlfrien's parents house and we spent there two weeks. To her parants didn't think about me that I am some gambler who are ready to gamble to the end while he will not win, I stopped to play. And felt ok myself and nice. But when we came back home I continued to play poker as usual

Just say all of those addictions are completely tough to quit so whether it is with gambling. We are going to come back with it again and again unless you have strong courage to yourself that once you quit, you'll never come back from but this is one of the hardest words to promise to ourselves. When we are into such severe addiction.

No I'm not that worse or like other addicted gamblers i don't quit i agree but i don't come back tomorrow and start gambling again i wait for a few months and collect some extra funds for gambling. If I'm able to collect those then i can gamble or i have to wait for 3 more months to gamble again

Patience isn't enough to quit gambling, this type of scenario is normal for all of us who are gambling. Determination is also needed and you need to stop your greediness. Because when you are not greedy anymore that is going to give you assurance that if ever you will quit gambling, you will not going to come back ever again.

Once I too experienced the same and on a self analysis found how much I've lost through gambling addiction. If I've left and given a break for a short time I could have saved much. So after that used to give a break when I continuously fail in events.

to me i have tried for so many time to stop gambling but i think in ever succeded of the a single time. as i can only succeeded to stop gmalbig for some months and when find favourable conditions then start gambling again.

Actually this is the strategy of people who have lost everything in gambling. Stop and look for ways to gamble again. Il go on little gambling runs here and there but once i take a bad loss il take a break from gambling i dont get greedy and try to win back my losses cause at that point your chasing your money if u take a loss accept it and move on.
