1) Looked for a speech, clean where he says "yes we can"...

3) started to Load the file, cut it, then reverse it...
4) You clearly hear "thank you satan, satin or sat'n"

Rip the audio from the video (best). Use your smartphone if you don't know how by recording what your are hearing from your speakers (quality will not be good but good enough maybe). Send the audio as an attachment to your PC/Mac. Get the audio into Audacity (free open source, google it). Select it. Reverse it. Listen to it. Prove it or disprove it. Done. No need to trust or believe anyone. Do it yourself.
