Do anyone here already bought or pay their mortgage using bitcoin or ETH? How did you do it?

That's sound new and I would like to have that kind of service here in our country, actually, there is a risk and a good profit involve if the coins price drop you could be paying less than what you lend for if there is service of this kind I want to know if they are making profit doing it.

I don't think it's still possible to do it, maybe only on a private agreement basis but who could take this kind of risk right now?

I think if you're land lord/lady is also a crypto enthusiast, you can do so. However, I think no one is accepting crypto as payment for monthly rent. I pay my monthly rent using crypto, but I will have to convert my crypto to fiat first.

I don’t think there is anyone who is paying his monthly house payment by using bitcoin and if there is someone then I would like to know as far as I know bitcoin and other crypto currencies too are decentralised one and thus there is no such proper authentic regulating body over them and thus leading to its illegal use and thus most of the countries are in against of it and are not allowing its transactions in their nation and so no one can still pay any kind of taxes using crypto but this can only happen in those few nation who has legalised crypto transactions in their nation like in Japan 🇯🇵,South Korea.

No, I did not. And I haven't seen anyone who did it successfully. Because it is not possible yet, Bitcoin still not using as a vital payment method in every section, rather only a very few shops or sector accepts bitcoin as a payment.

I haven't done it because my tenants are older people who would find it extremely difficult to enter this world, so I don't want to add any more complications to their lives, but I imagine that some method of payment will be used that directs those types of payments to the services you need, such as a company that serves as a contact between the payers and providers.

Bitcoin or etherum or any other crypto currency though very helpful but still are decentralised crypto currencies in almost all part of the world and therefore their use apart from investment is very rare and all around the world millions of people getting the advantage of crypto through its investment method and other uses of bitcoin or any other crypto currency like paying mortgage of your house or making any other transactions is only possible in those nations who has legalised crypto transactions in their country like japan 🇯🇵, South Korea 🇰🇷 etc

It would be very cool if it became possible in our country, but I don't think it will happen very soon. I heard that in Australia it's possible to pay for utilities not only with Bitcoin, but also with many other altcoins. However, the payment will be converted to Fiat at the time of payment. That is, utilities won't accept cryptocurrency directly, but through an intermediary, but it's still a big step, to which our country is still very very far away.

I have not come across any where bitcoin and crypto currency are used for bills
But Australia is rumored to have started and I’m sure other nations will follow suit

Once crypto currency can attain a considerable price range
It would be fully accepted

I haven't done that directly.

What I did was I sold my bitcoin and eth to cash so I can pay most of it. But if its about utility bills, I'm paying it directly with bitcoin through an exchanger.

Such payments are not yet possible in my country (Russia), and this requires legislative regulation and authorization from the financial authorities. But the topic is very interesting, we are waiting for decisions at the state level for the development of this area.

I think that until now there are no home property companies in any country that accept bitcoin or ethereum as their payment instruments. because prices that tend to be unstable make people still hesitant to implement this. but if talking about the use of bitcoin for other things such as daily necessities, many companies have implemented it. just enjoy the process that is happening now while continuing to support the developments in the cryptocurrency industry.

In my country it's still not possible to do this kind of activity. But I am really interested to see how this works.
