Just like any other process you would do for cash. As long as the platform you advertise it on let's you use any funding instrument than you are free to do so. The problem with high ticket items is how do you do it safely. There are escrow that can be used, but most likely you are going to have to do it in person. Just make sure ypu do it in a safe space as you would when dealing with cash. Good luck and good move on taking an appreciating asset for a depreciating one 😉
I'm from Europe and so far I haven't heard that someone sold or bought a car with crypto. I think that is possible if you find some private person that is willing to accept the contract for crypto payments but I don't think there is any official car dealer that would do business with crypto.
Also I would be very careful with any online platform dealing with cars, it's always a risk.

Easier way would be to first exchange Bitcoin for cash using p2p exchange and than just buy car with cash.

On my part, I don't see how transacting directly with Bitcoin should be a problem. All OP has to do is get someone who also will want to transact in Bitcoin. Get an escrow to receive and release funds once deal is reported to have been done/executed. Buying with Bitcoin, is in fact, the easiest way once you've factored in the volatility.
I was just thinking, you could possibly just create a custom sell agreement where it says that the buyer is paying in crypto and just advertise regularly via whatever you would use and add that option within the add.

It is good you want to sell your car for Crypto as a means of payment. If I may ask why do you want to sell off your car by accepting Crypto as a means of payment? Are you trying to evade tax payment just like a member said here or what? Well if you deem it right to sell your car for Crypto, that is my an issue it would also create a good business link for you though. This is also one of the functions of bitcoin no much stress or third party involved and less transaction fees to pay with a swift transfer. In this case, if you are trying to make your deal confidential peer to peer would be much better to get involved with so as not to create awareness of your transaction. There must be a reason OP wants to sell off his car using crypto as a medium of transaction. Obviously, he knows about the existence of fiat currency. Maybe he wants to avoid other extra costs such as transaction costs, huge taxes or cross-border ridiculous exchange rates. You never know.

Most of the used cars in my area are advertised on Craig's List, which has a "cyrpto ok" setting that sellers can select. I've sold cars and some other stuff using Craig's List and always enable that option, but no one has ever paid me in Bitcoin. If you insist on being paid in Bitcoin you're going to limit your market and turn away many potential buyers. If you goal is to turn the car's value into Bitcoin, you might be better indicating in your ad that you'll accept either cash or Bitcoin. If you get paid in cash, you can use a P2P exchange to convert it into Bitcoin.

Problem is that some countries have limitations for cash purchases, and you would need to check law for that in Monaco, Spain and France.
You could also try making one ad asking to buy a used car and add Bitcoin as one of accepted payment method, among others.
I saw Bitpay is offering a way to buy cars with Bitcoin, so you could research this option more.

There is no way you sell your car for crypto except you look for your own buyer who also wishes to pay in crypto. Place an advert on any of these online markets and state the trade terms include crypto payment may be you will eventually get a buyer.
