I want to sell a token that hasn't been listed on major exchanges yet but I heard that it was available on etherdelta . Before I sell their I have a question , will the price of the token I'm going to sell be what the token's creator set it to be or will it be higher or lower than that? btw I'm talking about Authorship Tokens

i dont have an experience yet on etherdelta but i heard that it was a bad exchange based on the reviews of members here on the forum , we dont actually know if that is true or not so i guess its better to check it yourself and try to trade on it even only a small amount just to test the waters. by the way i also got an ats token and im also tempted to sell it but i decided now to wait for it to get listed to a much better exchange site.

Many people are using Etherdelta as DEX for ETH because right now many contracts are being developed under this blockchain. So whatever the coin completes it's ICO firstly will be listed in Etherdelta only. Sometimes it is very good to see there are huge volumes for some coins.

My friend tried to use etherdelta in selling tokens. He said that it is easy to use etherdelta because there are many available tokens that you can sell or exchange. On the first time you sell your token, the price is set to low and then eventually it will rise up but there's a chance that it will decrease again. Why? Because its price is varying like any other coins or tokens.

First time, getting troubled with EtherDelta. Mostly, get confused some features unlike any other exchanger I've used. I suggest to give some time and watching some tutorial for beginner. Usually, use this service and pleased the overall service.

yea i also use etherdelta for trading. but  i am also new on etherdelta [stared trade few days ago]. i saw the ats coin price on etherdelta really it is lower than ico price .it is about 0.000029 ether per ats token now .you can wait sometime till listed any other big exchange .

I can say ever since I started trading I just only use etherdelta for just quite times as I prefer bittrex in trading my coins. As I find it more user friendly and less complicated and no trust issue after all and more coins are listed here.
Well I don't have any problems also in etherdelta but I'm just more comfortable in bittrex.

Etherdelta isn't the most user friendly but it is fairly easy to understand with a little bit of time and thought. Just make sure you take your time before going through any transactions so that you don't make a mistake. With regard to ATS, as much as the screwed up in the end on the bounty campaign I think a price of under 1c currently is really not worth selling at for anyone. Wait it out and hope for some positive news to come from them.
It's good when it works. I've used it to make some money though trading coins that aren't in other websites.
Etherdelta is a nice website to trade at.

EtherDelta is a dAPP -- a smart contract running on the ethereum blockchain. As such, it requires a somewhat technically sophisticated user to utilize, and you'll need to have some ether to provide gas for every transaction (which includes posting bids and offers). If you can figure it out though, ED works fine and is a good place to trade ERC-20 tokens.

Related, I saw a ton of comments a few days back claiming Authorship was a scam. Was that not the case?

It is lower the ICO price, don't expect too much on your tokens. Always deal at a lower price if you want to trade your tokens immediately. If you want at a higher price wait until it reaches the ICO price nut it will take a month, a couple of months or maybe a year. The decision is always yours, if you're in hurry, sell it but if not hold it (for good)

the price will be very low when you give a sale because there is no volume. Do not sell from any stock without volume.

Unless you need your money immediately, don't go for etherdelta be it any coin. There are very less buyers and tons of ICO tokens. It is rare to get a good price there. Wait for your token to get listed on any major exchange. Price usually shoots up when a coin get listed at good and popular exchange. Authorship must be trying their best to get their token listed. So, I suggest you to wait for sometime instead of selling at relatively lower price.

I've used Etherdelta once and burned some ETH as I don't really understand how it works Grin
But the Volume is so small
How you burned some ETH? You can not burn ETH in Etherdelta UI.
