Remove the old Appcoin-folder from the %appdata%/roaming-directory before you launch the new Appcoin Client that will be released.
Old Appcoins and wallet information is for no use anymore.
Download backups:

@ okaypool admin -> You must correct the stratum address and the [app] coin port number in the MPOS template.
It surely can't be "localhost". That would be solo-mining, not pool-mining, lol.
