You have created an appeal against your ban. But did you know that you are prohibited from writing everywhere except this topic as long as your account is blocked?
It seems that the ban does not bother you much, since I see that you also write today in other topics. This is an additional negative point to solve your problem.
And yes, you copy your posts after a few months to the forum without providing links. Tell me, how can I know that these are your texts. I just inform everyone that this user is far from knowing the rules of the forum.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.57899790  Ban evasion.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.57879953  Ban evasion.

25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.[e]
Sorry, I do not know aware of the ban evasion rule. However, if you see any positiveness. You can allow unban it. And I can't delete other threads of this account. Please, if you can delete it. And many writing platforms are upgrading. Bitcointalk's moderators should also need to upgrade. I thought, they will understand, who is the author, like other crypto writing platforms do. But now I realise, not all platforms perform the same.

Yep, that'll probably be the end of this mini-drama.  And though I'm almost certain that a mod will drop by this thread and see your post, did you report the ban evasion by any chance?

Again, do post all the arguments that you have (or at least that you think you have) in your favor and I'm sure eventually a mod will look into it.
OP, don't bother.  Your time on the forum has come to an end.  I'm not a moderator, but breaking the rules after getting banned never turns out well for the banned member.

Just to add a few more points to the discussion so far OP, no matter the outcome of this appealing, you can check this thread thread to make sure you're making a "correct" appealing thread : Ban appeal - How to make it right and reduce workload for forum staffs . Altough it's from 2019 (May), it does hold some good information, namely regarding bumping your appeal thread:

You already have the attention of a Global Mod (hilariousetc).  Unblocking your ban is something only Admin can do.  All you can really do is send an email to the address you have for ban appeals, bump this thread periodically and hope for the best.
However, you should (again) pay your attention to not break another rule by pumping your ban appeal topic. It means users have rights to bump each topic once per 24 hours, but they have to delete previous bump before start a new pump each day. Personally, I don't support the idea to bump topic each day, maybe 3 or 7 day per bump is enough to catch attention.
13. Bumps, "updates" are limited to once per 24 hours per thread. Bumping multiple threads at the same time is allowed if it's not annoying. [2][e]
21. Old bumps should be deleted. [2]
4. Bumps are limited to once per day (24 hours), yes this includes "updates", that's what the edit button is for. Old bumps should be deleted as they serve no purpose, and only clutter up topics and make it more annoying to read.
Altough not very usual, there have been some accounts that were unbanned -> ✅[BAN APPEAL]UPDATE: Total table + Ban status (Need feedback from Global mods) - In this list (also not updated anymore it seems). Again, do post all the arguments that you have (or at least that you think you have) in your favor and I'm sure eventually a mod will look into it.

No matter if you're the author, imagine if everybody is doing the same. Bitcointalk could close the doors since everything is already elsewhere. Or we would just need to say "I've written at abcd.com"
Imagine a whole conversation full of "my reply can be found at abcd.com) Cheesy
Yeah, but I doubt these cases happen all that often.  It seems to me that most members come to bitcointalk to participate in bounties, and if I had to guess I'd say that the vast majority of them have little writing experience overall (at least not in English), much less experience writing a blog about crypto-related topics.

And yes, even if it is your article/blog post that you reposted here, you absolutely need to make that fact known--or at the very least that you've taken the work from an external website.  If you claim authorship after you've gotten banned like OP has in this thread, it might turn out to be a hassle proving you were the original author.

Btw I didn't get any email or reply for banning.
The message showing you are banned should be something like this, but in red;
Quote
"Sorry banned user, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been permanently banned by a forum moderator, probably due to spam or plagiarism. You may appeal here, but your chances are not good: banappeals...@ appeal mail"
The address boldened is where you should send your appeal to.

Like if the moderators had the time to check if the person has truly written the blog post... Roll Eyes

This shows you are truly the owner of the original article. Did you reply the email address in your ban message? Send there details of the updated article and wait for a feedback, you'll get an answer from one of them (email or this thread)
Good day @hilariousandco, you can consider unbanning this user.
Thanks, I will be more careful in publishing any post in future. Btw I didn't get any email or reply for banning. Waiting for further confirmation.

Otherwise, what the OP has done, if what he says is true, is not plagiarism, but it's not 100% honest either.
It would be best to include the original link, to save the mods time, as well as those checking for plagiarism. But, I wouldn't say it is dishonest as it's their intellectual property. They are even missing out on the free publicity their blog would get from linking it on the forum.

and here is the link where I updated my appealing form : https://www.publish0x.com/saikots-blog/what-is-your-ultimed-goal-in-crypto-xlyplwd

But, in these cases, wouldn't it be better that if I publish an article elsewhere and republish it here, I add something like, "this article was originally published in xxx..." I'd say I've seen it sometime, not on this forum.

Yeah that my mistook. I don't give any reference in the article. I should follow it. However,

Here is the article that was presented as evidence here and is likely what lead to your ban.
Rather than posting imgur images of your PC, you could just edit the article on the original website to prove you really own that website and then drop the admin an email in the address provided with the new link.
Updating this thread with the info would also help.

My account sykt62 was banned for publishing a plagiarized article. For my clarification, first of all I am a crypto blogger, so I write articles and publish them on different platforms like publish0x.
Some days ago, I was banned for publishing an article titled: "What Is Your Ultimed Goal In Crypto?"
This article was published long ago from my leofinance and publish0x profile.
You can verify them. https://www.publish0x.com/saikots-blog/what-is-your-ultimed-goal-in-crypto-xlyplwd
or https://leofinance.io/@sykt/what-is-your-ultimed-goal-in-crypto
