you do know that google adsense doesn't allow their users to chance names to their account right? this means that the owner of this google adsense account is named after the real owner and the potential buyer has to use that name for him to claim money from westernunion. else he can't claim the money.

You might as well not use an escrow if you're going with "new" and unverified escrow services. Escrow services rely on trust and this site has earned zero. You'll find plenty of escrow users on this forum who have built up a solid reputation.
