Chrome knows chinese (kinda) and can translate for you. Not a perfect translation but a lot of the points come across.

In fairness to the machines, translating the full semiotic intent of written Chinese to western language is among the most difficult human - let alone machine - tasks in the world.
Overlay that with the cultural differences between the original writer and the perceptions of the reader - well, we get this kind of shit, where no body can understand what going on, or even understand why people get confused.
My attitude now is: if it's an announcement made in Chinese, announced by Chinese on this forum, I'm just ignoring it until anything that might be important filters out because its given adequate repeated attention by different people.
If it's genuinely commercially valuable, the offerers will have hired the talent to translate their offering to their target markets' language and base of understanding. Otherwise, fuck it, for now.
