I agree that April can be said to be a real alt season, because some of the top altcoins made it to ATH this April. But unfortunately for the last few
days there has been a sudden correction, that's why almost all the altcoins are now down. I believe this is only temporary, in the next few days
the price of the altcoins will rise again and I am also sure that the alt season will still run.

Although many are optimistic about the bitcoin market which is quite good in the next few periods. still I trade always put Stop Lose. things that happen like last Sunday when the market experienced a Dump in a short time of course can happen at any time. especially in the last few months we have not seen bitcoin undergo a deep correction. so stay when you trade take care of emotions and also use Stop Lose
I expect the bullish season to continue and it is alt season time. bitcoin has reach new ATH while not all altcoins are pump, only the top coins are still shining. some of the coins I hold haven't shown any significant price movements. let's see
maybe this altseason will be different, the new investors are much bigger than the retailers and I think they have longer term interests so maybe the bears will not be able to reverse the trend in a short time and the correction could be minor.

I think what you are saying is true, but don't forget that in 2017, digital currencies experienced a surge like this, but they did not last long, only a few months and in the following years, many Altcoins experienced a drop, including bitcoin and ethereum. I think the rise and fall of cryptocurrency prices is unpredictable.

You are right, 4 years survived and now I can feel the alt profit that I hold (ethereum, xrp). Annual cycle was always repeated and differed only very slightly from the previous one. for the next month I was very worried about staying on. I prefer to see first.
Alt season is thriving so much this month. I am missing out for reals. Been trading all year and finally stop this month lol. I took a break n did other hobbies. Like mining.. must have missed out and I waited 4 yrs for this event if u call it that.. still got like 6 months left.. imo .. my real alt bag is ethereum though.. waiting for like 200% gains.. if its truly here lol.. if not this 6 months then a brutal 4 yr bear market again.. history often repeats itself and often rhymes too.
I really don't think so, as long as the market isn't showing a decline that might be the next month/s will be the alt season as well. Nevertheless, the situation will be changing from time to time. We can't tell that the market will keep on rising nor it dumps by tomorrow, nothing we sure about in the future. So if you can see that your portfolio is growing and profiting better to take this opportunity and sell some of it. As you have said, history repeats itself, I can't forget what happens last 2018.
Though situation from the past are already been forgotten but if ever that history will repeat itself then better to prepare yourself and do things that
still benefiting you.
Alt season still possible even we are currently experiencing some reversal in value of most coins inside the market, if you gain decently you can sell it now and take your profits. Better than being greedy and lose the opportunities.

I am little confused after reading your above comment. Are you going to wait for another six months but you're calling this April month is the real season for altcoins? I'm not getting what are your plans. You hold ethereum and that is nice and I appreciate your decision of investing into ethereum. But I'm just wondering why you are still not able to see 200% profits when already ethereum was performing too well, did you buy late?Waiting for your own target of 200% may disappoint you in the end because we cannot expect market will be appreciating all the time hence it would be much better to book profits whenever market is about to turn. And then you can buy back for another small target so that you will be getting more than 200% of your capital.

Dogecoin has been rising continuously these days which is really unexpected and lots of long-time holders are now gaining a good profit. It's really the best season to fill our bags with profit because it doesn't happen often. The last altcoin season also happened in April so let's all hope for the best this month.

April is the very good month for all alt coins and lot of coins have given the good performance but some of coins are not going good but April month has not been finished. In my sense all coins will be a go to moon in this month.

The market is in dip as it is today, if eth is your main hold then an opportunity to add to your bag if you have the means and believe alts season will last till the end of this year, I call this period a discount time, almost all the market are in red and down by at least more than -9%, an opportunity for those who wants to take a chance,
Between why don't you consider diversify or make your investment 50-50 instead of putting all your eggs in one basket.
