Just to say I lost coins in this exchange also, not many, but I kept most in my local wallet.  Really its been down for what seems like a week and I gave up on this coin.  Emotion aside, these alt coins are getting competitive, if you want to succeed to really need to get your act together.

Closing down without notice and holding the coins is not only un-acceptable but also rude!  The message "We are in maintenance" is not good enough, you should update daily what you are doing to reunite with our coins, not begging for more time when you have nothing to offer as recompense.

No offence but you should really be in the phase of improving your exchange as it's not very good, fixing dev bugs on an open exchange is completely unprofessional.  I personally won't be coming back to your coin, its not much of a lose I know, but with so many options to mine you have fallen at the first hurdle and stayed down.

I know it gets annoying to hear again what I am about to say but, I am sorry. We are still working on the issue which specifically has to do with the amount a user can withdraw.

More detailed, if we open the site as is, which we can do, the user that exploits the bug can withdraw ALL of the coins. Then when you try to withdraw your coins you will get the error message of funds unavailable.

Why is it taking so long??

Good question, Bryan Mills (The developer) writes very complicated code and left the ship without leaving a manual.

The good news is that we got it under control and before the weekend is over we should be back to normal operations.

Thanks guys for your extremely long patience. kudos

OK,I can give you a weekend to maintenance,If you still lie,I will joint all exchange users with together complain to the Forum.

http://exchange.bytecoin.in will reopen in aprox 48 hrs if not sooner. Deeply sorry for the delay but this particular bug had to do with how the withdrawals were processed and given certain conditions it was possible to receive extra credit when buying or selling bytecoins.

Still ignoring me and keeping my coins you stole?

**NOTE**
Byte-Gox is a scammer and stole a lot of users coins using his pool and exchange.
Avoid pool.bytecoin.in and exchange.bytecoin.in... They are scam sites.

You must give me an explanation!byte-gox.

if your site can't reopen, you must return the site user coin.

your This way is waste of user patience,if you can't let our coins this day,Otherwise, we will Complain to the Talk!

You deceive the public user's coins, we can find your IP through the bitcointalk, and we'll find you, you this this way belongs to the crime!

i had 3btc in the exchange.bytecoin.in,At current prices, is valued at $330;Cumulative other users' money, estimated at $10000;you know this way,we'll find you!in this way,you are in the crime!!!

And this way,i'll give you 12hours,12hours later,if you can't to return our user's coins,We will report to the police,You should know the seriousness of the matter!!

my btc address 1CASMDYrdtLJt2hshegfRU1NYkXkVGfV9W;if 12hours later,I still have not received my money,I will take legal action!

No offense bro.. but if you cant afford a 3 BTC loss, you cant afford legal action.
It's the principle that counts.  Besides, there are probably a lot of media savvy lawyers who would do this pro bono just to get their names in the media and associated with this crypto-currency fad.

yes,you are right.

Ok, did not I send you 150 BTE?

You paid me when I sold you that script, but this is not related to that.

This is related to the down time at your pool that you said would be credited but was not credited. When the front end read the pool speed as zero you said the backend was opreating fine and shares would still be credited. Well over 24 hours of mining and there was no changes in the earned or estimated. Normally making 0.01 every 1-5 minutes... The over 24 hours of not crediting was not acceptable.

I have explained this several times to you and am still waiting a response...

If bitcointalk was proactive and tried to release details, it may work. But from personal experience, it's extremely rare that a forum will dig up IP logs n stuff. I hope they do though, ideally byte-gox gets butt fucked.

He is obviously lurking trying to steal more coins or something. He just changed the name of the thread, but has made no responses. He put 48 hours as the title, but he said 48 hours on May 15, 2013 at 09:54:02 PM.  ?
