That's how all hypes end, actually. That's the downside of altcoins. Hype does not live long on them, but when people get some profits on altcoins, they start thinking that this will go on forever. In altcoins, the winner is always the one who knows how to stop in time and fix the real profit, not the number of tokens, which can quickly depreciate. Aptos is in high demand right now, and everyone is talking about it. Any product related to Aptos gathers a large audience. I think the hype for Aptos will continue as long as its main catalyst, NFT, is in demand. In other words, Aptos will be highly valued as long as the NFT summer on Aptos continues.

I think the testnet was likely their airdrop to the users, though it wasn't labeled as an airdrop at all as far as I know since you'll work for it. If there's a trend layer 1, most scammers do tend to do some copycat projects to live with the hype because they know more money will flow. I just hope everyone is ready especially the newbies not to fall in these schemes.

If you have scored Aptos Zero NFT but you did not receive the email to claim the Aptos airdrop maybe you can message them via email [email protected] including a screenshot of the NFT and your wallet address so if you are really eligible to receive the 150 prize Aptos then they will send you a gift.
I think it's too early for us to say that Aptos is the killer of Solana maybe we should just wait how far Aptos develops.

When things are hyped and people are greed, you should be fearful. That means you should stay outside and only observe how it will move in near future. It is better to forget about it as it can help you to avoid dead cat bounce traps.

Dead cat bounces can be great if you are experienced but more people lose money with dead cat bounces than people who can get profit from it.

Aptos is more than risky to invest in, it is my opinion. If you want to invest in cryptocurrency, first choices for you are: Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB. Don't try with new born coins or tokens like Aptos.

Airdrop was distributed among those who received NFT Zero in the Aptos test network. In addition, it was necessary to fill out a Google form. To be honest i also wanted to invest like 1000$ into Aptos a few days ago when the listings on the exchanges were happening but in the end i decided to not invest because i did a few minutes of research before. As you also mentioned in your post, Aptos has collected around 400 Million $ from big VC's like FTX, Binance and many others. That amount is just way to large for me, because this basically means the big exchanges keep advertising and pushing Aptos and once a certain price level is reached they will start to sell of their tokens with a massive profit and given the fact that they have invested 400 Million $ means they have way to many tokens now to dump.

Those are better but remember that if too many first layer solution is not good at all. Arbitrum and layer zero were also working pretty much the same like artos. I don't know whether these layers have been preparing to launch its token or not. Aptos was getting hyped caused by it has backed by big VC owned by big exchange site, it's not only aptos but any project backed by big VCs will always getting hyped

Good for those people that have participated in their testnet and receive the reward for their airdrop. Well, it's worth a try and for sure many have already dumped this token. We will still see if this is going to be for long but I think so, since they've managed to get listed into big exchanges, I guess that's a good start for them, and those that are holding it would want to hold it a little bit longer and see if the price would double.
Anyway, we can conclude that this is one of those projects that had a successful launching.

- APT is currently listed on a well-known exchange which is the Binance platform. I'm not sure if their airdrops are over, I think I'm late for this news, and the luck of those who participated in the Aptos airdrops, to be honest.

Although I bought it on Binance which is 50% at the price of 7.2$ each and after 2 days of my purchase it increased by 9.4$ and I sold it immediately because of the day trading style here on this platform.

I did the Aptos airdrop, I didn't get an email for a claim, no regret though. already bought from binance to hunt some NFTs in their ecosystem even though NFTs are still not matured a market.Chromes browser is not the only browser supporting the Aptos wallet, Brave supports it, I prefer brave because it's a web3 browser. Many believe Aptos is a Solana killer, but I want to learn and stay rich too.

yes I heard the news about their testnet airdrop that give approx. almost 2000$ for their testnet user 


and the backend VC is good too and they pretty much listed on most big EXCHANGE that is way the project got pretty hype

That could be another project to have a huge airdrop, will try to look at that SUI project.
Anyway, what’s good about this APTOS is that they know how to market their project though using it’s network might still new for the new projects, some already took the risk using it. Still reviewing some of the details about this APTOS, it’s getting more interesting so far.

Sui will become another big project but it seems like that there will be no airdrop from sui. There might be an incentivized testnet but that's only for the validators. Sui developers are not interested to did any airdrop as they have announced it in their discord. Aptos got hyped and then i just see some scam developers were trying to take the advantage from the aptos hype but making a scam project based on aptos

Obviously, not all projects are covered by the hype that is currently happening around the Aptos blockchain. For example, the first IEO, which was held in this network Mojito Markets, immediately after the start of trading on DEX, fell in price by 70%. Such an example may have a negative impact on subsequent IEO in this network among potential investors.

I think Sui is another big one. Saw their airdrop and participated, even though they sent a form telling me to buy a particular amount of the token with bnb and i would get an extra percentage. I knew that particular Sui was a scam, even though I didn’t cross check the contract address

I think there was more reliable L1 that was comparable to Aptos network and that was Sui but this one hasn't made it in the market yet. These information are readily available in twitter and some medium articles and to be honest, Aptos ecosystem was already more from what OP has written in here, too many aren't on the lists.

Based on with Aptos is hype or not but many people earn this coins from airdrop trough mint NFT and completed node task, I don't see there are with an hype system working because reward from airdrop earn by several people not really care with price pump or dump. They have sold out reward received and not really think for future update later, will be an hype and price drastically drop or not. Excited with Aptos have launchpad many kinds NFTs and actually need to be careful what did you write have trues, not always profitable with new project launching although Aptos coin right now have available listing on Binance and many bigger other exchange market like FTX, Kucoin.
