I have recently started arbitrage trading since i found a platform that displays arbitrage pairs.

My question is do you guys use bots for such trading or do you do it manually?

If you are using bots, can you recommend some?

I don't use bots for arbitrage trading, and I prefer to do manually because sometimes the bots have lacked in executing the command that I made. If you have a high-speed internet connection, you can try manually too, but if you want to use bots, then make sure you know how to operate the bots in making arbitrage trading so you can get at the right time to send and receive the coin.

Perhaps, you can try Gunbot, CAT, because that software is good enough with many features inside the bots. But as I said before, you must learn how to operate the bots so you can make a profit from the bots. It is better if you can have a VPS to run the bots.

It might also be difficult to make a bot arbitrage because it will involve many exchangers to monitor prices. In my opinion, the price information on the exchanger is enough on coinmarketcap and we can make decisions manually if you want to conduct arbitrage trading. But I think it's also good if there is a bot arbitrage because it can be used to find profits in a short time

It's a big no from me.

From the outside arbitrage may seem like a risk free venture with potentially huge payoffs in the long run. We've all had this kind of fantasy I think. However practically you'll find that almost all (if not all) arb opportunities are either from exchanges that have some sort of inherent issue with them, like disabled withdrawals/deposits and/or have extremely low returns that will be eaten away by an transaction fees.

You're likely going to be paying upfront for the bot, which is another reason why you shouldn't do it.

I really don't see the need for using bots when one is trading on an arbitrage. Though it depends on the skill of the individual setting up the bots. One of the new discovery I got to know is that, it takes a great trader to profit using bots. Meaning that the bots has to be set up to replicate the interest of its creator.

I'm not using software when do trading, and tbh i never did an arbitrage trading.

I have a friend who did arbitrage trading and he likes to use bots when doing that. He has been using that bots for about a year. And till now i haven't heard any complaints from him nor his babble. He bought an arbitrage bot from BJF trading: https://bjftradinggroup.com/product-category/arbitrage-software/crypto-arbitrage-software/#

And if i'm not wrong, for adding some additional pairs, you will be charged.

I try to try arbitration, but so far on small amounts and the income is not very big. It is necessary to take into account many factors and it is not always possible to come out in a plus. Themselves direction look here is here https://rates.guru/en/arbitrage.html

I prefer to do manually as there is no guarantee that your bot will always be running smoothly without getting any problem with it. You just need a little effort to do that and that's easy rather than spend your money on the bot. If you are a day trader and bot is a must but if you are an arbitrage trader and it's not mandatory for you to use it.

some people use bots to trade because they don't have time to monitor the market all the time but it is more risky to trade manually because you can control it yourself I don't recommend using bots

I use bots for my own style of mostly mid-term trades, but if you were to try to perform arbitrage, you'd have best success with using bots. It's very hard to do manually considering it's already highly automated, and with certain exchanges where you might see arbitrage opportunities, there may be strings attached that you aren't aware of like added fees or the exchange simply being unreliable.

While it's true that bots could potentially malfunction and make you lose some money, there's plenty of safeguards in most bots like stop losses to minimize the risk of anything like this happening. I've been running Gunbot for many months without any major issues.

If you're looking for a more reputable arbitrage bot option than what you might be getting offered, a number of authorized Gunbot resellers such as crwth offer it for 0.95BTC. Here's one such thread (click for link) where you can find information on how to purchase it.

The bot may be wrong but if you use it as an add-on then it’s normal. In addition to trading, you can buy a chat in a telegram where you can look at the setups of experienced traders and do how they are or adjust as you like.

Personally I am terrified of using bots. I am afraid I wake up one day and my account is 0 because something went wrong or the market changed too quickly for me to adjust the bot accordingly.

if your thoughts are so what if KYC really happened like before this forum once opened KYC for authenticity verification but only briefly and the KYC system was canceled

*facepalm* some people....That was an April fools joke dude. So what does this make you? What are you even talking about? We not talking about KYC.

I see an arbitrage bot on many reviews, and also sell someone sell on bot, but that trade only fiat as i saw but it ask 5000 euro for it and with life time licence but i don't know if worth, if someone have a bot and want me i will try it and see how work for 1 month.

Thay is way too much. You can get gunboat for a few hundred $$ there is a thread here about it. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/gunbot-automatic-poloniex-profit-generator-1715214 OP is very helpful and well answer all your questions.

Beaware. I just found an article about bitmex. I am unsure if the are involved with gunboat so you will need to see but here is the article. https://coinnewstelegraph.com/bitmex-bitcoin-fund-manager-exit-scams-before-christmas/

the answer depends on the circumstances of a person's time, if he has a lot of time maybe he does it manually and if you do not have much time may use the help of bots, but for bot users in my opinion is not free and some are free but not all systems can be used. and for me it is better to use the manual method because if we use the manual method we take full control

I have read about cryptohopper and multitrader, but I am not very interested and still prefer manual arbitrage, from some reviews also write that bots always detect and fail when sending to maintenance wallet, so many orders fail and keep repeating, their bots are still imperfect with many bugs that appear.

It's worth it to try. You just can't arbitrage forever.

5000 euros? it's such a lot of money to think of buying an arbitrage bot. You can easily use that amount for reinvesting into bitcoin without having of anything to think and just let yourself on holding position.

When you are looking with buy or selling history on exchange market is made by bot trading, when you put your sell or buy order always miss with bot trading put with higher or lower price, better looking for arbitrage with good exchange market and never trying with shit exchange because you loss chance with arbitrage way.

arbitrage is sometimes difficult now because the level interest of traders is very nimble mate ,bot is not always right and will make a loss for me when I lose to compete quickly well take advantage of these moments from a bot in my experience it will lose ,I prefer to use manual

for security reasons I advise you to do it manually, as you know and or you have heard people complain about bot trading, I have heard this and they are disappointed with the results generated by the bot itself, especially to trade with arbitrage method, better use your free time or if not better don't do this with a bot

So far, I am quite doing arbitrage trading and for me doing arbitrage manually is for me much better than using a bot, especially if you are not that too busy, then better to do it on your own just like most successful trader are doing, they are focusing on everything as much as they can, and as much as possible.
