We changed the logic of fixing rates for operations with cryptocurrency

Due to the high volatility in the markets, we faced a number of difficulties and risks using a fixed exchange rate
with the crypto currency even for 40 minutes.However, we are firm in our intention to continue to provide you with better conditions.
For this reason, armed with common practice, we decided to refuse fixing the rate in operations with crypto-currencies until the moment of receiving a payment (when exchanging for crypto currency) and obtaining 1 confirmation (when exchanging from crypto currency).

Was looking for a smaller exchange to have some of the alt coins that I have been collecting in the last few weeks.

Yesterday, after a few hours of maintenance job at Exmo exchange, which are quite often there (I hate them as much as probably you do), the Exmo codes got removed from your service. I used these codes myself a few times at ArbitrCoin, and the exchange worked flawlessly every time. This direction of exchange seems to be very popular (but you should know that yourself)...
So, is there any chance for them to make a comeback?

I am trying to exchange funds from the same Yandex.Money wallet that I had used before, and my order (#9972) has been "pending payment confirmation" for almost two days already! Your "support" which is allegedly "online" is not available either. You said that further transfers would be processed instantly, which is evidently not the case...

Further transfers to the same accounts are processed instantly
I know about this delay, but I can't see any confirmation that you received the money at all. It looks like that you are still awaiting payment confirmation. What the heck, this is exactly what the order status tells me ("pending payment confirmation"). At other exchangers that I tried lately I can see that they received the money and suspended the transfer for 48 hours (or whatever). And that's what I expect to see at your exchanger as well...
If you want to avoid further confusion, you should be less ambiguous about what's going on with your clients money

Yesterday, I tried to use your exchanger (along with a few others) to send funds from Yandex.Money to my Advanced Cash account. I got a confirmation from that service that the funds had been successfully transferred to your Yandex.Money account. But I still don't see any money credited to my exchange account at ArbitrCoin (at other exchangers the money I sent them got credited instantly). The order status has been "pending payment confirmation" for over 12 hours already. I couldn't get in contact with anyone there. Here's the snapshot of my order:
