I would suggest you to try doing this in bitcointalk forum, here. Yes it's possible.
Take a look at the Currency exchange board. Many reputable trusted users are doing small to medium trades out there However, it is always recommended to use an escrow. Here an updated list of them provided bu user Financisto: ⛓LIST⛓ BitcoinTalk's Escrow Providers: Ranking & Blacklist ☠ Avoid Scammers ☠ Check recent comments for more updates as OP isn't active since last December, as you can always check the reputation of the escrow according to his trust page and activity.

Now that you already have a bitcointalk account, you just need to read the Currency Exchange rules and guidelines.

Hope this can help you. Good Luck  Smiley

the problem is that he wants to BUY bitcoin with Paypal not sell to it. which means the seller (can be trusted member here) is giving him an irreversible money (ie bitcoin) while him without any prior history is giving the seller an easily reversible money (ie. Paypal). i don't think anybody is going to go for that.

but i found there is one thread that provides that the customer can buy a bitcoin using PayPal
here the thread: ★★★ BUY HERE 🔥 BITCOIN 🔥 WITH Your PAYPAL ★★★ Quick and Easily 🌟
if you take a look at his transaction history and it looks like he already has done many transactions before

Thank you very much, it's very helpful  Wink

Hi  Cheesy Happy Sunday

what websites to buy bitcoin in exchange for paypal?

I suggest you to go through Virwox site.
You can send your btc and exchange to fiat or send fiat and exchange to bitcoin through their internal exchange.
First you exchange to their internal currency, and than to btc or fiat so in such way Paypal can't know that your money come from bitcoin.
Very useful service.

I’d advise you not to buy bitcoin’s with Paypal because you’re at risk of being scammed. Paypal won’t protect you if you send first & the seller doesn’t send you the bitcoin’s.
Good point. This is the issue with Paypal. Their chargeback bullshit is one of the biggest issues with them. Purchasing Bitcoin using FIAT is the best strategy and I advise doing so through:

- LocalBitcoins(100% rating with high trust feedback over a long period of time)
- Binance
- Bittrex

do the binance and bittrex accept PayPal?

LBC can be a safe site where you can find reputed trades with huge trading volume so you can trust them and buy from them but if you have other payment options like banking then you should have to go with it because paypal is reversible so you will not find much offers for that.

The only place i've used to buy Bitcoin with Paypal is this forum's Currency Exchange sub board it's convenient since there's so many trusted users. If you're starting or searching a thread on the sub board you have to be careful on some of the people who have no trading history. So far I had a couple of trades from different users and all of them are successful.

I used virwox long time ago and buying bitcoin there has high fee, not updated anymore if they still have that kind of fee.

To avoid higher fees, you can deal with someone on Currency Exchange but deal only with those people that has built their trust and reputation overtime. You can easily look for them by looking at their trust score on that section.

I would suggest you to go for local Bitcoins.com

There you can easily find countless people who are willing to trade money with respect to PayPal account for you , other than that you could try people to people exchange ; which could in turn help you with Saving fee and other things that many exchanges take .

Other than that it's available everywhere , which means ; directly or Indirectly you can trade even if the country has banned the trading.

Best of luck.

I have personally used Localbitcoins without any issue.

You just need to ensure that you are going with a seller who has good reputation in there and also is trading from long time.

Good luck.

By the way, you can try this forum too. In the currency section people exchange their bitcoins. You may find a good deal there.

Why don't you try Localbitcoins? It's a great marketplace that accepts payment via PayPal. Buyers and sellers connect automatically through it.
You can trade bitcoins with sellers near you so it's more convenient. There are sellers who an initial reputation in order to buy from them to avoid and get rid of scams or fraud.
It's their way of securing safer transactions.
