There is no agreement with exchanges yet as far as I know. Maybe there won't be one. Withdrawing Ardor to your own Nxt wallet is always the safest choice.

Where have you read that you get ignis for holding ardor? On the nxt website in the roadmap it only says if you hold nxt? Would be good if there was more information about this, an exact date, if the exchanges will participate or if you need to hold it in your wallet, if it is for ardor and nxt or just nxt.
