- added a larger version popup when the QR code is clicked.

This allows for a much better flow
1. Save the html and USB it to an offline computer.
2. generate the tx bytes with the form
3. use your mobile device to scan the QR code that comes up
4. copy paste the tx bytes scanned on you mobile device into the "broadcast bytes" section of vapor
5. submit the transaction from the phone.
