You're trying to sell it..
I would buy it from you and post it online for free, just for the lulz and because of your idiocy.
You can do with your purchase whatever you want.

so? you're still trying to sell open source software...
No, I am selling modified open source software which is legal in my country.

Yep, according to the copy protection cgminer is listed under, you are correct.
https://github.com/ckolivas/cgminer/blob/master/COPYING

HOWEVER, as per the copy protection:
Quote
For example, if you distribute copies of such a program, whether
gratis or for a fee, you must pass on to the recipients the same
freedoms that you received. You must make sure that they, too, receive
or can get the source code.
And you must show them these terms so they
know their rights.

I highly doubt you're upholding the copy protection, just hiding behind it.

I really hate people that try to profit on open source code. Just change your username to "microsoft" and get it over with

doesn't exactly prove anything.... particularly that it's not just a bfgminer screenshot.
You are smartass.

It's not bfg, but modified cgminer screenie.

Don't give this guy a damn thing. If it does exist, he needs to provide it for free. If it does what he claims, people will be more than willing to provide donations.
I'm calling shenanigans here....

I'm assuming the code started with some open source stuff from another miner. So if that's the case, how do you justify selling something that should be free?

beyond that, I want to see output screenshots before I'm going to believe a damned thing.

what's your hash/sec?
Corrently hashing away with 2x hd 7970 which gives me 2x ~850KH/s.

There is still room for tweaks I guess.
