At one time ICO could have stopped when it was no longer can be done with cryptocurrency or it is really forbidden existence. But as long as cryptocurrency still exists, the ICO will still run.
Everything ends ever. I think that ICOs will not end, but will change. Even now, for ordinary investors there is a very small percentage of the total number of tokens, funds buy almost all tokens at the initial stage, if the project is good.
The end of ICOs largely depends on the perception and acceptance of the crypto space. Theres definitely going to be a huge separation of shitcoins from the real coins with good worth and value.

it depends, because as long as there are some developers that will start to run their projects, there will be no end for ico's and bounty campaign as well. we have nothing to fear about that case, as long as there are some bounty campaigns, take advantage of it. 
I mean maybe, logically speaking everything is set for it to end someday but i believe it's to early for it and for us to part ways with ICO's. Since for me it's only a premature era for the cryptos. Well who knows but what we can hope for now is for us to take advantage of it as of now coz it's online and working for the sake of the many.

Unfortunately, I think that this will happen soon. Because there are a lot of unnecessary coins on the market, whose teams have stopped developing these projects or are doing it very slowly. But while there are no regulatory norms in this market, ICOs will continue to appear, because this is an easy way to raise money.
