Transactions can take up to 5 days, after that you should start worrying.

I think there is option for cancel you can do this 
Nothing is lost.... It will confirm or cancel, but you did not lost btc
You need to pay fees for your transactions to go through. This is why bitcoin is advertised as having no fees. Kinda like bitcoin is advertised as anonymous only it's totally not.
The site didn't ask about fees.
