Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
As usual, I think the bounty will be exciting when many quality projects appear, but at this time most of the projects there are really unattractive. And also the change in marketing platforms in the crypto space has also seen a lot of innovation so hunters may be looking at galxe, zealy,...
so sometimes bitcointalk spaces can be difficult to compete with painting. Anyway, I hope that in the near future there will be more cooperation to launch quality programs in this space.

#SWGT PRE-SALE IS LIVE
I have been wandering around BitcoinTalk for a while and know the reach of Bounties in the last few cycles. This time I was wondering to do a bounty for a client I am helping.
Things that I noticed here:
1. You need to be a Bounty Manager.
Is that a prerequisite? A new account won't be able to do it?
2. I don't see any bounties now.
Has the bounties and hunters phase faded away?

Help: Did anyone organize one or participate in a recent bounty? Would be great if you could share the link.

The bounty section is losing popularity in Bitcoin forums mainly because of incompetent bounty managers and bounty hunters. Moreover, there is no benefit from running the project here, so Bounce from project to Bitcoin forum is finding it unnecessary to run the project, due to which our Bounce section is basically losing popularity.

There are still bounties in the forum but you will get participants like the two replies above mine, who are cheaters that use multiple accounts and spamming threads with low quality comments. There are better ways to distribute new tokens these days, that’s why we don’t see many good bounties on Bitcointalk anymore.

You can be a bounty manager at any rank but there are serial scammers who create new accounts and then disappear without paying, so many people will not trust a manager with newbie or low rank.
Even before they are already there and we can expect more of them now because cryptos are getting hotter than ever. It does not mean that we will only let them do their plans but we will also try our best to stop them. Not that I'm biased but I'd say bounties are still among those better ways to distribute a token because we can ensure that the people who got it have did their best to do their designated tasks.

A good project should not ignore this forum and its marketing schemes like bounty campaigns because it can surely help them to get the best exposure that they've always wanted. If the bounty manager is a newbie, then they must show enough proof that they are credible for this job, so that people are going to trust them.

Plenty gambling projects do bounties here, probably cause they find it worth it. However, regarding altcoins, quality projects have faded away from altcoin bounties section since long (may be cause they didn't find doing bounties worth it?), and that makes alt bounties not worth it, so participants don't go there either.

Regarding managing bounty, you are better off hiring experienced BM, than doing it yourself. You can find BMs in Services section.

Depends on the project and the bounty manager. Both have to be trustworthy. But the project also needs to be really good, otherwise your work will equate to 0 profits. And 90%+ of all projects are total crap which will fail in the near future. So you need an eye for the good projects.

No, you don't have to be a bounty manager to participate bounties. And anyone who seem to be representating or tasked to run a bounty by a client, you do it on your own diligence.

2. I don't see any bounties now.
Has the bounties and hunters phase faded away?
Not yet and there's still a lot of it but only few becomes successful.

I am in one now and this is the 2nd phase of their bounty.

If you already found a client that will launch a bounty campaign here, and they already assigned you to be their bounty manager then a new account doesn't matter. The only downside though is that, if you're a newbie-ranked user, you can't post any images in your bounty thread, and as you rank up to Jr. Member, you can post images from there.

A new account doesn't matter if you want to be a bounty manager TBH. There are some restrictions, but the trust is something that will be important if you want to be a bounty manager. It will take a long time to build it.
2. I don't see any bounties now.
Has the bounties and hunters phase faded away?
If you will look at the bounties section, there are still new bounty campaigns being launched although it wasn't as many as it was many years ago. You don't see any bounties now? You might want to visit the bounties section for that. As for bounty hunters, they are still here spending their time earning a few bucks. TBH, I don't know if it's worth their time "UNLESS" they're using multiple account which most of the time is the case for most of the bounty hunters.

I think everyone will choose a bounty to get tokens and get them for free, and of course only certain bounties can give prizes in the form of tokens, therefore before taking part in a bounty, it's best to check in detail about the bounty. , if the development team and bounty manager are experienced people, you can be sure that the bounty has good potential,

The bounty program is one way to get tokens for free, and of course there are lots of crypto users who take part in this program, even though there are lots of bounties that are just cheating, but if you study and research in depth about the bounty you want to participate in, the level of success in getting the profits are very wide open.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
I will give my opinion on your question here.
1. You need to be a Bounty Manager.
Is that a prerequisite? A new account won't be able to do it?
I can just do it, but you have to be a purchased cooper member to be able to take pictures, but if the beginner account doesn't show pictures then it's less interesting.
But it's better to leave it to a famous manager to increase the audience more even though there is no guarantee.

2. I don't see any bounties now.
Has the bounties and hunters phase faded away?
Bounties still exist, some are still active you can search the board.
I don't think it's fading, it's just that now many projects are not promising bounty hunters, so most of the value is not valuable at all.

Bounties are waay to overrated. You need a project that is valued.

Your account rank doesn't matter but newbie is being prohibited to post image. You shall have bought copper member first in order to allow you to post picture or image related to your bounty campaign. You don't need to be a bounty manager for that.
Can I still buy a copper membership?
Didn't see an option.

Yes, you can.

Try opening this link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote.

It will link you to the page where you may purchase copper membership. Because of the price of bitcoin, it could cost you roughly $27/0.00041091 BTC.

There is another option for you to publish an image without having to pay for a copper membership. You can try to earn some merit so that your account will be able to publish images.

1 find the client that would trust you.

2 Make a plan for your bounty.

3 Post it on the bounty section.

Try to spend a few minutes in the altcoin section. As someone else said above, go to the bounty page. Irfan pak, even julerz are still actively managing their bounty. You can also create your own bounty. Ther's no rank requirement do to that.

Yes you need a bounty manager that people already trust on this forum.

So a new account like mine won't work? Where can I find a tutorial to run a bounty? I see people using many graphics and gifs, which I am unsure how to do.

P.S. Thank you for directing me to the bounties board. I am not sure how to tag the page here. Learning my way here.

I have just went to the bounty board on altcoins boards and bounty threads are plenty on the first page which makes me not to even go to the second page.

Go to here: Bounties (Altcoins). You will see many bounty threads and you will see the bounty manager for each.
