After last hack I also wanted to find another similar exchange. But I did not find any. There are many projects of such exchanges but there is no already workable services yet.

What about the one on your signature? Is that a decentralised exchange project? Anything particularly awesome about it? If it is any good I will do my own research of course.

hacking of an exhange is not a good sign for investors but there are also other exchange as well like BITTREX or CRYTOPIA. you should use these as alternatives

These are not decentralised exchanges. There are of course around tens of exchanges and some very large, but I want something that allows to list tokens without approval and gives me my private keys. That is the problem.

Etherdelta has the largest listing of ERC-20 tokens. Other exchanges have a few. Must be an opening somewhere foe an ERC-20 tokens.
You are right which most erc20 tokens would normally pass up first on Etherdelta and those potential coins will move out into some better exchange later on.This is why i consider that most coins on ED arent too good for long term but not all because some did able or managed to be listed on better or bigger exchanges which signifies that the team involved is really very serious regarding on their coin. Alternatives? I dont have any idea.

Try Binance..It seems secure enuff.
Of course you never want to leave many coins on a site when not trading.
If you try Binance use this referral # 16979872

After their recent hack I have only read about IDEX, but I wonder if there are any other exchanges for ERC-20 tokens. Any ideas?

Yes, I think your idea really useful. Only Etherdetal is not enough for community  Wink Wink Wink

Before i like etherdelta because you can buy  huge amount of erc20 tokens while they are cheap. But because of the recent hacking that happened i decided to buy in other exchange.
and what exchange do you use? cryptopia? I can't imagine which exchange can offer so many new coins

There are other alternatives to Etherdelta like Coinbase, Poliniex, GDAX, Bitfinex, Kraken, Yobit among other else.  However, there are advantages and disadvantages when trading on this alternatives just like etherdelta.  These sites may use a user friendly interface or a hard one, it may asks for a low transaction fees or a high fees.  The exchange sites has histories too of being hacked.  Lastly, they  may track your purchases and spending too.  Well, it depends on high brave you are to try these alternatives.

EtherDelta is a bad experience but unfortunately we find ourselves tied to it as it list most coins not listed on big exchanges.

That is the problem with the token exchanges, low volume and low quantity of listed tokens.

Why you haven't tried in the trading sites like bitrex and binance and all. You will get the erc20 mostly added to the bitrex only as a first time. You will get the trading site link in coinmarketcap or any other market value analyzing sites.

They mostly shows right trading where the token is accepted for trading it.
You will get the information like analysis, price movement and etc with these sites.
Coinmarketcap would really be a helpful thing which if you do trade a certain erc20 token you can easily find on where those coins being traded. Its not totally been just traded on Etherdelta since there are coins which are being traded on most bigger exchanges than on ED but the thing where ed do have the edge is where most new coins is being listed on there this is why people do prefer it always.

Radar relay should be best alternative for the moment

Heard a lot about decentralized exchanges, but there is no big one with great user-friendly interface. I will check Radar - interesting info. Also heard about cobinhood. Did anyone try it?

In addition to the IDEX exchange, there is another exchange for the token erc20 ie "token.store"
https://token.store
I have not tried it yet but it looks like the that exchange is very light, simple and user friendly to access. It's just that the volume there is very low and also only a few tokens are listed.

It is sad to see their website got hacked because honestly i like that exchange because most of the coins are specially right after distribution of bounties and investments the dump mostly happens there, i heard they are doing some crowdfunding i hope they can patch things up.
I haven't tried other exchange with same function as etherdelta though.
