There are still plenty of BTC faucets out there. But the main question is, if it is still worthy to claim. As we know time is money, faucet offer negligible amount of sat plus some make us irritated with their pop up ads every now and then.

There still are a few bitcoin faucets active but the dole outs are so small, it's just not worth spending your time and effort collecting every drip. There's 99 Bitcoins where you get free satoshis every few minutes, FreeBitcoin where you can claim free satoshis every hour (i think) plus earn from their referral program and lottery, then there's CryptoAddicted where there's a referral program as well and earn free satoshis for completing tasks. Then there's also Cointiply with ads, surveys, etc and you earn free sats by the hour.

As far as I know, these are the faucets that could still be active and can give you free satoshis directly. But nowadays, the fad is to participate in those play and earn games where you can indirectly collect bitcoins for free. You won't be collecting sats directly, rather, you would be collecting the game's tokens. You can then exchange these tokens to another altcoin or to bitcoin. Imo, it's the fastest way to collecting around $10 or more compared to bitcoin faucets.

Faucets haven't been able to provide anything reasonable for a long time. It either takes too long to be able to accumulate enough to redeem them (due to transaction fees) or there is simply no incentive due to the pay rate.

Back when Bitcoin was in its earlier days, it was viable for people to be able to scoop up a small amount of sats for a cheap fee, especially due to its lower monetary value. Faucets used to make enough in ad revenue to profit from the visits, even after paying out the faucet reward...Nowadays, faucets are dry, there is no incentive left for them to operate - ad revenue is low in comparison to the past and no where near enough to be able to offer a reward high enough for people to continue coming back and claiming.

This period of Bitcoin is over, unfortunately.

Bitcoin faucets were a thing of the past for the last 10 years pretty much. What people used to do was used faucets from gambling sites.

With some you got 1000 or 10000 sats and all you had to do was solve captcha or wait a few minutes and if you got lucky and made the min withdraw you could get it sent to your wallet. This was 5 years ago and due to abuse they closed it down.

Even if there was a faucet, the miner fees wouldn’t make sense to send the transaction now a days.

Faucets has gone out of fashion, since the days where advertising companies labelled faucet traffic as garbage. Just imagine your company paying for traffic that consist of people that does not have the buying power to afford your products or services. ( People pushing a button to get 10 Satoshi every hour)

The old favorite "freebitco.in" still has a faucet, because they are a ganbling site now ...but they pay very little.

There are still some bitcoin faucets or it's like mining small fractions that go along with altcoin mining.
But, they are almost worthless because of how small it is and you won't be able to withdraw because like what you have said there is a withdrawal limit that it's impossible for a non-refer to reach to or otherwise the platform doesn't allow you so for a period of time.
So, yeah pretty much those free gold days are over, but you can still buy your own bitcoin, it's the same kind of treasure the only difference is that you're paying this time.

There are a few but none of them is worth wasting your time for. Faucets are a thing from the past. If you want to accumulate some BTC, you're better off buying them or offering a service in exchange for them.
Can you name some, I want to check them out you know like some kind of digital museum visit to the relics of the past. Such a nostalgic times when these faucets where the bread and butter of bitcoin accumulation, having a lot of them at one time would've made you a bitcoin millionaire today if you've hold on to that bitcoin that you got there but we're only humans and it's not our fault that we thought that bitcoin price could go this high.

Bitcoin used to be released for free through faucets, but that was back when it had little to no value. But today, bitcoin is worth tens of thousands of dollars, and finding it is like finding gold, and do you think you will find gold for free? Although there are still some faucets running, this is no longer a good way to collect bitcoins for you and will give you the value you expect. So you need to accept the fact that to be able to own bitcoin today, you need money and I think you know what you need to do to make money. If you have money, you will have bitcoin and vice versa.

There's still bitcoin faucets existing till now and you can reach the withdrawal limit although it may take some time before you reach it but it is not impossible to do so. Anyway, I don't think you should focus on faucets as it takes a long time before you can get it even though it's free compared to buying your own crypto. As other forum members have said, it is much better of you buy BTC rather than spending your time earning BTC in faucets which I also consider it as a waste of time.

As far as i know only the reliable bitcoin faucets these days is available at freebitco and it will pay you hourly but the amount of satoshi you get there is very low and there is no need to waste of faucets these days. But the good thing about that is it is running so so many years and it never stopped or dried up. Other than freebitco's faucet, i do not know any bitcoin faucet running for the long term at the moment.

Unfortunately with Bitcoin price up at the moment, I don't think we have any platforms out there to load up coins to give out freely especially that there could be a threat of being hacked and ransacked , though one name that still comes up in this niche is Freebitco one of the oldest faucets around... otherwise it's a waste of time doing this these days, just my opinion..

How is bitcoin price up is an Unfortunate thing and if the bitcoin price is down, then faucet paying more is a fortunate thing  ? Roll Eyes

Yes, indeed, Bitcoin faucets are things of the past as finding one can just be a futile exercise. I am sure you remember those early years of Bitcoin when it would so easy to get as many BTC as you can just using effort and time...well not anymore as the value of the coin has already skyrocketed and people realizing how valuable it can be into the future. Bitcoin is now worth a lot, lot more than real gold hence we can see its price going up, up and away...am sure that 2024 will even be better.

The good old days are gone in terms of Bitcoin faucets. But these days we have now are probably better in terms of Bitcoin in general. That generous Bitcoin giveaways are gone and those that are left only give worthless crumbs mean Bitcoin has become more and more precious and valuable.

There are still a number of crypto casinos that have faucets. You can spend your time availing them and gambling with the proceeds, but if you are planning to make money out of faucets, you are wasting your time. If you want to have Bitcoin, you better work for it. Getting a job somewhere and buying Bitcoin with what's paid to you is a better way.

As far as I know, freebitco in is still an active casino and faucet today. I believe freebitco in is the oldest bitcoin faucet that is still existing to this date. Though the profit you can get from it is not that worth it given that it will be reduced in the time of your withdrawal. It would be a time consuming thing to do, it would be better to learn anything about crypto or bitcoin and just buy a portion using real money. I think it is much worth it that way, the chance of people using faucet before will not use a faucet today because the reward is not that appealing and there are better things to do.
It's correct. They are still active and paying for hourly claims. However, to use only one faucet won't take us to anywhere. Faucets were a decent alternative when you could claim many of them in a short interval of time. We took advantage of their quantity and the quickness it took to claim from them. 7-10 years ago faucets just had a simple captcha to be solved and the websites were really clean. If you were fast enough you could claim in a second or a little more, but now it's a nightmare to make a claim from a faucet.

Besides payrates being extremely low, they are highly time consuming. There are lots of pop-ups, short-links, anti-bot links, captchas and sometimes you don't get any reward in the end. If there were a hundred faucets like freebitco.in around right now, then I would say it could be a great idea to still make use of them, especially for beginners who don't have any money to start investing.

Unfortunatelly those times are gone, and nothing has come to replace micro earnings opportunties for crypto enthusiasts.

The market in the past years has been very generous, faucets are good and airdrops but yes, that was before and it is far from what happens these days where probably 99.9% are scams and worthless.

Just to think we can't turn back the market changes, a situation like this will happen because of some developments and market strategies from the project developers. If we think of joining them, we better spend our time on other stuff as it only wastes our time and effort. We'll be happy because we've got free BTC but just imagine how many years to wait to reach the minimum withdrawal limit, we never gonna make it.

It is a waste of time and energy. Better to focus on more profitable way to collect Bitcoin rather than a faucet. I mean making a design or a task for money as freelancer then convert it to Bitcoin Or simply the payment could be in Bitcoin.
I used to use faucet but that was long time ago, more than 5 years from now..
The reward taken from these faucet sites, if applicable it doesn't worth much since there is no one throwing money for free in this life! So why a faucet would do this? Faucet admins just threw a part of their earning and kepy the rest of it for them, winning from the traffic and ads generally.

I'm sure there are few faucets nowadays, but I don't think that it is worth it or worth spending sometime because I notice that most of the faucets give a super little amount of bitcoin or satoshi and it will have a huge time of cooldown, so I don't think it is worth the time to do, and also they will set an impossible amount of satoshi that is allowed only to be withdrawn, so instead of doing faucet, try other things that could let you earn satoshi. You could do signature campaigns or you could find projects that you know you're good at, and they will pay you a fine amount of satoshi. Stop wasting time in faucet because it's not worth it in these days.

Do trading it will be more profitable only if you have idea about trading or you could just hold bitcoin or a fraction of it which is satoshi.

For sure those faucets in the past years still exist, there still working I believe you can still claim every time just like what you can remember in the past years but the only thing was it wasn't that profitable anymore like in the past years when you could accumulate probably 10$ something like that in a month, or you could grind more faucets and earn a reasonable amount that wasn't realistic anymore at the moment, so I suggest to stop wasting your time on some faucets.

Instead, find something that is actually worth it like learning some kind of skills that you could use to get a job, realistically this is probably the best thing to do if you want to earn a good amount of money with no risk at all since you could easily get paid if you have a skill if you are able to land a good job your gonna earn monthly income without risk. So it's a good thing to invest in yourself and your skills. I mean I could just start investing in cryptocurrency or do trading that is kinda risky but still better than wasting time on faucets.

Nah, it isn't worth our time as the rewards are way too little and it would take ages for us to reach the withdrawal limit. Those gone are gone and it's been years, I was bit surprised even to hear the word "faucet". Please take my sincere advise and don't waste your time in faucets and rather start exploring different ways of earning as the link has been shared by one of the user but you can go ahead and offer the services which you can cater because faucets is just a wate of time.

The "gold" days indeed..and remember doing these rotators and all facets all day when Bitcoin was still discounted, what a happy memory this was  Cheesy
