To the best of my knowledge I am not failing any yet. I am just facing the reality of the unfair world.
I'm curious about what kind of unfairness are you facing exactly. Do people call you names, call you a spammer, or something similar? As far as my forum experience goes I've never felt that the forum members actively target me for no reason at all.

Some people are rude, that's true, but you can ignore them if their post bothers you. You don't have to take everything to heart imo.

I thought I have adapted to this forum but it appears I am losing my confidence. This place is full of people that want to destroy you and also people that want to help you. It is a mixture of life. I have so many ideas but I don't know how to go about them.
First in my ideas is starting an initiative to protect or encourage the female gender in cryptocurrency. If I know and talk to my fellow woman in this forum she will understand me better. We can plan on how to protect the female gender. The people in this forum are so mean and they don't care how you feel. There are cyber bullies in the forum.

Show an example of how you think the forum is very unfriendly to women. What brought you to such thoughts? You wanted to talk to a woman; I am at your service, just as there are many women on the forum who are in no way like-minded people who need protection. There is no need to try to remake something that has been working well for a long time. You came to society, and it did not come to you. And you need to learn to live by the rules of this society and not try to remake it. Although I agree, some ideas are very much approved. Ideas are welcome in Meta.
Thank you, I have sent you a DM.
I acknowledge that I came to the society and I have read the rules of the society. To the best of my knowledge I am not failing any yet. I am just facing the reality of the unfair world.

Are there any community-driven initiatives or ideas. If yes, is there a particular section of the forum where the discussions happen? I understand that there are even sub boards in a child board where activity is higher than some main boards. The forum is somehow broad.

Meta is the most suitable, there you will find many ideas or initiatives related to the forum. If you have your own local board, you can also create ideas or initiatives directly on your main local board. Many people share about contests in this thread that are related to ideas or initiatives, but for me it is not an idea or initiative Cheesy.

Thank you so nice, this is what I meant. Community contest, community awards, community clubs, community charity and lots more is what I meant by community driven initiatives. I am sorry if I didn't express myself very well and some persons misunderstood me.

tbct_mt2 mentioned our community awards and the annual pizza contest, there is one other currently ongoing:

[Voting 2024] Bitcoin Pumpkin Day on Bitcointalk 🎃

You can also find a lot of free games here: Games and rounds and some free raffles in the Collectibles section

Oh my mistake I am referring to WallObserver section of the forum.

Thats a wrong impression. No one wanted to destroy you on your journey. Plus you cant stop others from commenting on their own thought on topics you discuss. We have our own say about a lot of matter so its a healthy way to argue/debate or agree to disagree over some stuff.

Worry not if you ever get it wrong, though, as mods would just move it to appropriate board. Even long time members could get it wrong sometimes. But it's always a good start to familiarize yourself with bitcointalk boards.
I have got it wrong some few times that I will not know where the topic is moved to. I have to go back to my profile and click topic started by this user, then I will have to see it again. Some where deleted entirely while some where locked even when I had something to say in the topic. I think it is not right to lock a topic I created without letting me know if I still have something to say about it.

You could also discuss to us what specific topic you're planning to start and we can throw some opinions.

icopress hosted many community-driven contests and awards in recent years. These contests usually have sponsors for awards from some companies that have their brands in the forum.

🏆 Bitcointalk Community Awards [Voting 2020]
[Voting 2021] Bitcointalk Community Awards 🏆
[Voting 2022] Bitcointalk Community Awards 🏆
[Voting 2023] Bitcointalk Community Awards 🏆
[Voting 2024] Bitcoin Pizza Day on Bitcointalk 🍕

These ones are big contests but you can find smaller ones too.

Good for you to have returned to throw in more light on what you meant.

One of the things that you didn't mention here which I am not don't know if it is something you are interested in, there is a section of the forum called "meetups" . Here is the link - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=86.0

You can go through the topics and find any activity that brings the community together in whatever location you are in.

I don't know how you have interpreted the so called community driven initiatives, but i know that there are threads on various topics about the forum and the bitcoin on the meta board, the common one i know is the baking contest and the community award initiative, this is exclusively for the members only, i don't know maybe OP is referring to other kind of initiatives different from these or am still on point on his perception.

Since you posted what it is you're looking for here in Bitcointalk, its better to edit your main post and tell exactly what you really need specifically to avoid a redundant answer to your query, I believe meta and reputation are the places where community suggestions, contests, awards, and community charity are compiled. You can check the meta or use the search query, or you can open one yourself and tell the community what you want to suggest.
Better to frequent the section so you can check what kind of threads or discussion are being opened there.

I don't get all your ideas for this discussion but forum community are active with ideas and suggestions. In the past, there is a thread for collection of community ideas.

Community generated suggestions to improve the forum (+ eventual voting on them).

Please tell me, is it what you want?

most of them are on meta, marketplace and service board and an addition could be at local boards and gambling board that decides to have a local or gambling board community initiative that's just for members of the given local board. Sometimes, there's a news flash on a general community initiative like the Bitcoin pumpkin carving contest that's on the news spot of your dashboard. If your suggestion is on the need to have a separate board where all community initiative would be posted, it's going to be a good thing but since it's not a regular thing, people won't visit the board that often and certain important community initiative might end up being ignored.

The service board witness visitors more often which makes it a good place to make those kind of post relating to community initiative. If the publicity isn't enough through the source, the News flash makes it easier for information to spread accross the forum.

What I know it can exist on Meta, Collectible, Beginners & Help, Services, Meta, Games & Rounds and Local board. There's no exact board that only contain community driven initiatives, so you better to check it by yourself. But, if it's really big enough, the administrator will show the thread on "News" (top left page).

What do you mean by "initiative"? Isn't creating a topic a call for discussion? Isn't participating in various competitions, like pumpkin carving, a call to action? I think the list can go on and on; the question is, What do you want to see personally?
I can guess that maybe you are interested in communication outside the forum with users from the forum. However, I don't think that such a proposal would be taken with much initiative since everyone prefers to remain anonymous behind their nicknames.

Edit: I think the forum is always based on a collaborative discussion, so there are always a lot of ideas that you can get involved in depending on your preferences.

This is to vague of a question,  but what comes to mind when you talk of community-driven initiatives...is initiatives like not your keys, not your coins of which we have a signature campaign running to remind everyone of this and letting them know who has control of the coins $$$.

We also have another that has to do with scam casino awareness especially knowing very well that gambling plays a major part is crypto, both projects described above are all community driven and hope answers OPs question.

Community-driven ideas like charities are mostly found in the Services.
I'm not sure what in particular idea you're looking for that's initiated by the community but you might just want to take your time browsing entirely in all of the boards of the forum. If they're like token projects then most of them are in the Altcoin Discussions board and et. al.

All sub sections in the forum are driven with initiative ideas for discussions but since this forum is sponsored by bitcoin and the other cryptocurrencies, we're majorly focused on their respective discussions including relationship to economy.
All these are opted on initiated topics.
Meanwhile each board in the platform is expected to carry discussions that tally's with it mentioned affirmatively and most be strictly a quality worth discussion topic else it's either moved by the moderators to where it belongs.

There were, but they're scattered among different boards. If you plan to start a topic about it, you'd have to discern which board it fits the most.

ICYMI, there is a guidelines for threads in unofficial rules thread, just scroll down a bit, see: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/unofficial-list-of-official-bitcointalkorg-rules-guidelines-faq-703657 -- you could find bit more information than the brief description we see below a board title. I might as well mention that it's also important to check the pinned posts of every boards.

Worry not if you ever get it wrong, though, as mods would just move it to appropriate board. Even long time members could get it wrong sometimes. But it's always a good start to familiarize yourself with bitcointalk boards.

You could also discuss to us what specific topic you're planning to start and we can throw some opinions.
