I've seen a USD Mbank Card on this site for $30 with a $72,000 yearly limit: http://anondebitcard.com/debit-card/usd-card-mbank

Are those cards real as I thought you can only get cards with a $3,000 yearly limit such as these: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/25-anonymous-visa-card-debit-iban-reloadable-bz-wbkmbank-3-currencies-463282

What concerned me is that I tried to talk to the anondebitcard.com site owner via Skype to ask some basic questions and he took several minutes to answer each question. I also asked if his High limit cards were still available and he said no, yet they are still available to purchase on his site. Yet he seems to have a good reputation on this site so I don't know what to believe.

All I'm looking for is an anonymous card with a high limit of $10,000 per year perhaps. If those don't exist then I'll just get a $3,000 yearly limit card.
