I excluded TMAN and Vod on separate occasions for having overall Trust styles of being too trigger-happy/unforgiving/vindictive. Excluding someone from your trust list does not mean that you distrust them, just that you disagree with their ratings/trust-list. All three of TMAN, Vod, and OgNasty are forum veterans with good trade histories, and I would tend to trust all three of them (to varying degrees).

Good job marlboroza for pointing this out, bringing it to meta, and straight to the attention of the head administrator who we should expect to take his time to clarify his exact reasons because OG may not be 100% correct, so you can then say "Ha Ha Gotcha!"..
It is entirely plausible that their are multiple reasons Theymos distrusted them, and lies about OGNasty were not infact the specific straw that broke the camels back..
How about you list all of the other reasons you can think of, other than lies about OGNasty, that may have helped get them excluded by Theymos, so we can meaninglessly speculate about which is the exact one, or ones, that did it, until Theymos comes to tell us exactly why, as marlboroza has so graciously requested..

I can't figure out exactly what it is you're asking--is it whether Theymos plans to ban Vod and/or TMAN? Are they on some sort of blacklist? It's not clear to my little pea brain, so perhaps you could elaborate before this thread devolves into another Vod vs. OgNasty flame war--and it might be too late for that, anyway. As it is, one has already started and you've attracted the attention of one troll already (xolxol).Theymos excluding TMAN a while back was common knowledge, but I didn't think Theymos had an issue with Vod.
