A few moments ago, BTC crossed 12k$. Many analysts said, if we cross 12k$ we will be back to the bull market. What do you think? Is it a fake out or we are back to the bull market?

And once again, Bitcoin's dominance was proven to be unstoppable these days. Even if Bitcoin crosses past $12k, other altcoins aren't following suit (but a little bit of Ethereum price spike though). It is a good sign that Bitcoin has crossed like that. But I wouldn't bet on Bitcoin reaching $20k for this year.

Realistically, it might be around $13k to $14k, but I can be wrong. If this bull momentum continues, it would likely spike slowly but surely. Honestly, I don't want the spike to be "too much parabolic", because the price would drop faster too.

Finally, bitcoin price crossed $12k, but that doesn't mean the bull run will come back after this. The bull run needs more time to come to the market, and we still don't know when it will happen. But we should be happy now because the price can back to $12k, even if it's for slowly because I am sure that the price will start the rally sooner or later. We will see a big jump for bitcoin price, but you should prepare for that time by having many bitcoin ready to sell at a high price.

You mean a bull run that can go on a parabolic rise? We will have to wait, till we get to at least $12,800, our highest high if I'm not mistaken, and then see how it goes. Currently, we are in the range of $12k-$12.2k so there's still some wiggle room to $12.8k and then let's look if the market can sustained it. Obviously, it will go down if traders to sell and make some profit out of the current upswing. So let's see how everything pan out at least at the end of the week.

If you were to consider since back then, then like others have said, we're already in a bull run. We reached $11k+ last mid year (I forgot exactly the highest) then the price just played around that till last march, where the covid (probably) caused a huge decrease in price, but even with that considered, it's still a bull run since we made it back to $11k in 5-6 months.

Still, if you were asking if we were to stop playing around at the current price, and Bitcoin would actually move up starting now, then It's still hard to say. It just broke $12k, which isn't really anything new, it broke it once already a few weeks ago, but the price still went back to the $11k range, so it's still hard to say.
It is worth paying attention to the fact that the market continues to fall, regardless of whether Bitcoin is growing in price or falling. There is no point in talking about bull run now, because the market is confidently moving down. I agree that bitcoin broke through the price of 12k, this does not mean anything, because all the last attempts to do this have returned it to 11k.

What we saw some few moments ago could be seen as a way toward the bullrun but remember this is not certain because Bitcoin can't be determine per say. Clearly from my own perspective, Bitcoin still has some good move before we will be right there on the bullrun. But, what the market is currently going through now is an approach to a bullrun, until we see bitcoin at $13k then we might still quickly fall back to the bears again.

Bitcoin does really good right now as I checked the current market which is up to 12K USD already. This is not really bad and I am having a good vibe that we are heading towards bull run. If so then I think it is better to invest now and possibly earn in the future or in the bull run. I think it is also better to pick altcoins that has not been moving yet for it can move whenever bitcoin wi going to have a bull run. This would be my first time to anticipate seeing bull run for bitcoin since I was not here when bitcoin reach ATH on 2017.
Total Agree with this guy , and i also im not here when bitcoin reach new ATH on 2017  Grin Grin but i hope at the end of this year bitcoin reach new ATH and invest now in coin like Idena that i wear on my signature is good choice its stable and have good concept in near future Smiley

Those are just mere speculations and no one knows exactly when will the "bull market" occur.  But it is a good thing to see that its market value is again climbing its way up. Anyone could say that what we are seeing is already a bull run. But same things has been said last time when there was a continuous increase, also breaking this mark which was believed to be the resistance of its market price. What I am trying to point out is that predictions and speculations do not determine the market behavior. One main reason is the market's nature of volatility, giving no definite patterns on its price.
Just wait when it drops back to $11K levels and see how these analysts will change their tune again hehe.

More likely to happen. People do often like to draw conclusions in an instant due to some changes being observed. Nothing is really wrong with that unless they will be carried away by their expectations to make actions out of the blue.

I think we are already in bull market but the pandemic is also one of the reason why we couldn't really feel it that much.
I mean no one has been so excited about it since we are all busy surviving on this pandemic so not everyone has felt it or know that we are already in bull season.
For me the price has been great for a long time now it has been pump and would only drop a little and stay put till it pumps again.

I can't go against bitcoin trend ..
I always doing what most people didn't do it , for instance when people says that ethereum bullish and everyone buy them as much as possible i do the other way by start selling piece by piece.
But with bitcoin? I can't go against this , it's happened to me the crazy experience back in early 2017 where the price move from $500 to $1,000 within a couple months and i guess i have to stop thinking more profit and go against people's bull thought to sell them off.

But guess what? The price is unstoppable move up reached peak $20,000 by the end of that year! Shit i should have been holding and become a millionaire by today.
20 times from now on is not impossible, $200k by the end of 2021 , come on!
Give us one more unstoppable run , a dramatic surge to $100k at least. We have seen YFI breaking the record of nearly $40k , we want more than that.

we entered the bull market over a year ago when we exited the extremely long accumulation in $3000 range that lasted 5-6 months from end of 2018 to April 2019. the moment $4k resistance was broken, the bear market officially ended and we entered the bull market that has lasted until today and has been growing in both size and speed and will continue on this path for at least another year and a half.
BTW the current price is already 4 times higher than that value and that's just the beginning.

Well, even though We hit 12k tonight, I still don't think we are in bull market yet. In the next 10 to 15 days, we can confirm if it is really a bull market. However the price can easily go back under 10k in couple of days, so you never know, but so fat the indicator showing good sign and people are buying, so you never know.

When BTC dropped to 10.3k last week, I thought bears have completely taken control over the BTC, but now seeing BTC trading at above 12.2k I think bulls are back in the game and, they came back really strong.

If at the end of this week we're still above the $12k level I'd say that we likely back into the good ol' bull market and headed for a move to $16k-$19k initially.
Personally, I'm glad that Bitcoin finally decided to breakout. Smiley

It depends on investor mind and all of them don't follow the trend of analysis. They observe a lot other things by themselves. Only bitcoin doing well among the top coins in marketcap. I'm not expecting a bull run now. In my opinion bitcoin is gaining more strong position and if it stays above there we may see a bull run in near future.

Yes, we are definitely back again after breaking that 12k$ wall. I thought it will go deeper than 8K before it can recover again but this it. 12.5k to 13k is the next target and BTC needs to close on this current price or even close to it so that it can maintain the upward momentum. Expect a minor pull back tomorrow or later this day then a next strong upward movement will come again. Its advisable to open position near 12k mark if you want to ride this wave.

We’ve been in a bull market since April...

If you exclude the COVID drop, we’ve been in a bull market for almost 2 years now.
Shocked it doesn't feel like almost two years now but if we check the charts, it does look like it.

I just noticed that it was also April last year where the rise to $12K started only to drop back to almost the same level a year later and start over again.

I saw the market price of the butcoin today and it's already after the shoulder trading signal this is the time for the bitcoin to take another launch of the rocket and fly to the moon.

OgNasty is right too at the time of March the price of the coin drops and slowly recovered and AFAIK at the time of May or June sometimes thing change and take another pump on the last few weeks the price of the bitcoin is on the 10k and yesterday it flows up into 11.8k and now we experience to 12k if you are trying to put lines on the graph still this is on another bull market or uptrend line.

Bitcoin price had a week strike of gains, so it was expected to surpass $12K. After overcoming numerous of big sell orders positioned around $12K, now it reach $12,200. However, to claim bitcoin get back to bull run, the price should remain above $12K for a few days to make sure it's not a short rally.
