Retail investors are very uncertain about bitcoin right now.

Extreme fear can be a sign that investors are too worried. That could be a buying opportunity.

Are we seeing the beginning of the end? Could this be it? Could bitcoin actually go to $1000 USD? What do you think of the current scenario? Are things looking positive or negative? Tells us why.

I see negatives right now, like this thing could fall some more. For one, because the feud between VER and Wright.

Switzerland just approved the world's first ETFs but their Market has only 1.3 trillion U.S dollars, nothing compared to Wall Street.

Check out the article below on what the SEC might do with the upcoming ETFs review. They will probably deny or postpone.

Another factor that may cause BTC to crash right now, is slowing global economic growth. Oh, and lets not forget the fear index.

What are your thoughts?

That is what they want you to think for them to make us small traders leave the market before the big pump will happen.

That's a bad thing happening! It seems like a very old plotted game by Ver himself in effort to bring down bitcoin. I don't see any reasonable background for such fight and made me believe that it is a plotted scenario and Wright is well involved with Ver to bring down bitcoin. No Clue, absolutely!

Swiss has actually approved an ETP (exchange traded product) and not ETF even though the structure is almost same for both. The best part about the ETP is that it is a physical one. The fund managers are going to buy physical coins from the market. But they are not only based on bitcoin. They have other coins like Ripple, BCH, Litecoin among others. That can be a game changer for us!

Nope OP, Bitcoin is not destined for doomsday, I believe this is just the beginning of another rise.  We can see the switzerland approving ETF,  the upcoming BAKKT on dec.  This is just the beginning of global adaption of Bitcoin.  More will follow after this event.  So those who sold their holdings in this dip will regret it.

My thoughts have not changed from when BTC was priced at 11K. BTC is a scam and will end like one.

Kindly tell us why you thought so ??

Again I see a panic. Why people are so pessimistic. This is all temporary, wait a while and the market will recover. No need to tie all the news in one pile.

If those bitcoincash idiots didn't ruin the markets this news about the swiss etf could have been the catalyst that pumps the markets. We should all turn against BCH for this massive dump

Everything has gonna end except for bitcoin. Hard it may seemed but bitcoin will last for a long time as long as we keep supporting it, as investors and enthusiasts who wanted to adapt bitcoin's ideology, then there are nothing to worry about. Swiss exchange listing on first crypto ETF is already an achievement for us. So, doomsday is not gonna happen my friend.

Mr.mister what are you thinking? Why do you think we are seeing the beginning
of the end? What are you basing this thread on other than two high profile
bitcoiners having a feud?

The majirity of people here are very positive about bitcoins future.

There's a lot to consider. ETF approval still pending, I don't know but I do think we're just being played.
There's just too much fear right now in crypto market that if only I already have my Christmas bonus I will be so happy to bag some more of my fave crypto.

if bitcoin died each time a newbie called for a doomsday then it should have died at least 5000 times in the past 10 years. each time price drops someone comes up with some reason to call for a doomsday and call it "end of bitcoin" as you did here and all the while the wise people continue accumulating bitcoin. next thing you know the topics shift from "is it the end of bitcoin" into "i am sad because i missed out on buying bitcoin, now it is too expensive".

All you have is your opinion of where you want the market to go based on available information.
Switzerland approving exchange traded products is a plus you the market in my opinion and raises optimism for the SEC ruling on bitcoin ETF.

This is surely not the beginning of the end.
